Anyone concerned about the high voltage effects on the fuel pump, you might notice it didn’t even hit max fpdm duty cycle. The duty cycle ramped up through the pull and at peak, the voltage at the pump never even exceeded 20 volts.

Another update on this now that we had some cooler weather. This log was taken in the low 40's ambient, again, Whipple 3.0" pulley and E85. And to say that traction was sketchy would be an understatement. The DW400 is still hangin in there and still didn't hit max FPDM duty cycle:

It's actually running up against the max duty cycle of the DW95s, which according to the injector data are within 2% of id1050's. Basically, it appears as though the DW400 can supply enough fuel to max out the 1050's at 55 psi. This car has the stock GDI pump as well, though the tune was tweaked to get more DI blend out of it.

@engineermike what about twin DW400 pumps, a BAP and ID1700 injectors flowing through a -8AN fuel line? Do you think that would be enough to support 1100 whp on E85?

@NGOT8R seems like overkill to me. Never done it personally though. I’d suggest contacting @DRP Motorsports and asking Ray, as he’s done a few 1100 rwhp combos.

But the point of the thread was to show what a stock-style dead-head setup, including stock bucket, filter, fuel line, and fpdm, could do.

@NGOT8R , according to wildhorse you can get away with a single dw400 (maybe even a stock pump) w/bap so you should give it a shot and let us know how it works.

in reference to your injectors ... like come-on man.
I’m honestly trying to figure out what you meant. So now you appear to be saying that a bap alone is all you need as long as you’re only running id1050 or dw95 injectors? Is that it?

I went to DeatschWerks’ website and found this today. Now I’ll have to do some digging to see what it can do and if there are any end users with feedback.

I believe that is a new offering from them. I have an Arcane fuel system in my car from Juggernaut and see they now offer the DeatschWerks X3 setup for their triple pump system. They used a Fore hat previously: https://juggernautpower.com/collect...-pump-15-24-mustang-gt?variant=43380321484982

A good option for big power, although I believe you were initially looking for a returnless type setup.
