UPdate: the new DW 400 pump was installed and it created a new issue. It was blowing the 30 amp fuse for the fuel pump. I did a power upgrade by installing a relay in the trunk near the boost a pump and using the normal power line (boost a pump input) to energize the relay and ran a separate larger power line into the relay. This solved the fuse issue. I punt around 50 miles on it in various driving conditions. I set her up for the track (4 wheels, sway bar removal) loaded her on the trailer to take her to the track and the proverbial "OFF TO THE RACES". Started her up to back off the trailer and she died. NO FUEL! I hear the pump turning when putting the key in but removed the line at the fuel rack and nothing!

1) New DW 400 is bad?
2) fuel line clog?
3) fuel line fell off at the pump?
4) other thoughts?

My Keene Bell boost a pump is not adjustable. I think I'll reach out to them on Monday and see if it can be converted. I think it might be as simple as adding the rheostat.
Well hard to diag a car without seeing it in person.
I would suspect a kink in the fuel line from pump to hat or plugged up somewhere causing excessive head pressure and amp draw and lack of fuel. But thats just a guess. A pump blowing a 30amp fuse something is very wrong.

It will certainly be interesting to see what it turns out to be. I really like my mechanic / tuner but I am sure he had one of his guys do the actual work. If I had to guess at this point I am thinking a combination. a kink causing excessive head pressure and amp draw and eventually the hose popped off leading to zero fuel. I don't want to touch it as he will surely warranty his work and he may want to order the replacement pump under warranty prior to touching it so he only touches it once.
