Hey guys I'm newish to the mustang world, had a fox back in the day. But what radar detectors are guys running now a days? I've been combing youtube, but really don't have the time to really diggin. Any good info will be greatly appreciated.

I also run the Uniden R3, more than paid for itself. I also picked one up for my GF since she had an issue with redlight cameras and it has the redlight camera warning.

I run a Uniden R7 in the mustang, and an escort passport max 3 in my truck.
In terms of detection distance, they're pretty similar, but the arrows are very helpful on the R7 to determine where the radar source is coming from.

Uniden R7. I only use it on road trips out of town. It's pretty remarkable how far they pick up signals. Vortex Radar on YT is thorough with his reviews and played a part in my choosing of the R7.

Escort Max 360c MKII. The directional arrows really help to let you know where they are at. Have not really had any false alerts around town. I power it using a rear view mirror tap for ease of installation.
