Rereading your note what id woukd do is push the auto button and just select air thru top vents so you shouldn't get any air thru bottom vents .that what I do anyway just air thru top vents so j get the full force to my body.sounds like an actuator isn't working right .good luck.just took a 2 hr...

OP When you push auto button air wil be the same temp from all the vents unless something is wrong
