I just did a live chat, they don't seem yto know at the moment either and want someone to send a picture of the mirror to them. Then they will make the determination. The one that looks the closest to me (from memory) is the one on the Taurus. BLENDMOUNT ID#-FOR-007

I have the blendmount that came out of my Optima - I beleive the sku is BBE-2000.
Whatever model fits an '11-13 Kia Optima SX fits the Mustang.

Also, if they save you once from a ticket they were worth the investment, but if the police does pull you over and see you have a radar detector, you think they will take it easy on you?
Whether a LEO writes a ticket or not has more to do with your actions and attitude than anything else. In my experience, the detector has been a talking point that has actually gotten me out of tickets. I've been running various V1's for 16 years and the detector is ALWAYS in full view. I even leave the unit on (but turn the volume down) when the officer approaches the car. I've been pulled over several times over the years in cars and on motorcycles and have 0 tickets to show for it. The key things (that have always worked for me) are to pull over as soon as you know you've been pipped and that the LEO is coming for you. Don't wait until he has caught up with you and is riding your bumper. Don't lie about whether you were speeding, your speed, or your reason/"excuse" for speeding. And have proper and up-to-date documents (license, insurance, and reg (if required)).
