He's been great helping me with my 2650 Roush. Dialing in a Solar 95mm TB. Now on deck. Ported blower 103mm Solar TB on a 2.5 pulley. Already ran a 5.29 60-130 with his E85 tune.
I would remove the smaller cold air inlet and test. I thought you would have picked up more than .3 psi. From the two sources that port the Roush 2650. They claim the blower picks up 1.5 psi boost with the stock 87mm tb and stock 3.0 pulley. I will be able to confirm in the next 2-3 weeks...
This is an interesting YouTube video. Got this from over on FB Dragy page. Formula for calculating WHP from 60-130 time. The formula for me shows 840whp for 4100lbs and a 5.29 60-130.
Car is at the shop. Installing BMR cradle lock out kit alone with Viking shocks. Blower will be removed and shipped to Jokerz. Porting the inlet to 103mm along with the 103mm TB and 2.5 pulley. Anyone know what kind of boost I will see?
I'm going to push the Roush 2650 to its limits. Blower coming off next week and being shipped to Jokerz for porting. I also have a Solar 103mm TB on order and I have a 2.5 pulley and shorter belt on hand. Once I get the blower back. Car will go on the dyno for a retune. Will I get this car...
I made that argument some time back. Water grains and humidity take the place of oxygen. I'm from the Airline world. They hamper the preformance of piston engines greatly. Dragy doesn't take that into acount.
New best 60-130. 5.29. Drag pack with MT Street Rs hooked well. Picked up .2 over my previous best 60-130. Maybe the Solar 95mm TB is helping. DA was 1100. I think if I start in 2nd I might be able to run a sub 5s.
