Receipts, hard copies in a legal size folder/envelope. Records of repairs, stuffI do myself is organized in the Notes app on my iPhone. I have a category for car maintenance and a "note" for each vehicle. Each is organized by different topics, like oil change, tire rotation, etc. I also keep...
It's a Tamiya Globe Liner kit, and Tamiya aluminum box trailer. The truck has a Beier SFR1 module that controls speed, lights and sound. The trailer has an IR module that reads through a TX in the fifth wheel to operate electric legs, lights, etc. The SFR1 is incredibly advanced.
The truck has...
I recently got involved with 1/14 scale tractor trailers. Wanted something to play with during the winter and evenings when I don't want to. wander down to the garage. I haven't played with R/C in decades. This is the first one...full electronics, lights, sound....
I picked up my '22 GT within an hour of it arriving at the dealership. I am the only one to service it since delivery. It has some little marks under the hood from assembly. While some of this could have happened to your during the strut brace install, it's likely some was already there. You...
You and me both!
For part of my work, I fly an Autel drone. I've read too many stories of big problems after an "upgrade". If it's working...leave it alone.
That doesn't look like a crack to me. Looks like an imperfection in the leather grain. Is the surface broken/split? You'll see odd spots in leather all over...even the steering wheel. It's disappointing...but not unexpected.
It's frustrating for those of us with OCD...but leather gets creases...
FWIW, my dealer told me that if the keys are in close enough proximity to the car....the car and keys "talk" and the car can go into some sort of stand by mode. My keys are kept 15 feet from the car in lock box. Dealer suggested locking the car in the garage, or moving the keys further away. A...
My '16 Ford Police Utility had a similar sound at highway speeds. In my case, sounded like it was up around the rear view mirror. It turned out to be the cowling at the base of the windshield. Ya know, the grill for the HVAC, etc. It was vibrating at speed and buzzing (I assume) against the...
I agree that the Roush appears to be the best option. Both mine and my friend's Redline kits rotate. He's content...I'm not.
Regardless, I'm done with the prop kits. That being said, I still have the trimmed battery cover from my hood prop adventure I'd sell if someone wants it. I got a new one.
I put a set on my '16 Ford Interceptor Utility and they are great. But, they mount differently. A friend with a '23 Mach 1 has the turning issue on his struts too with the Redline kit.
I assume the only difference between these and the standard tail lights in my '22 GT are the chrome surrounds? I ask as in some places, I have seen these listed for only up to '17.
