The lower radiator hose seems to be just as hot or hotter than the upper radiator hose. Tried to google the issue but couldn't find much on it. I feel like it backs up my radiator thing if anything.

The lower radiator hose seems to be just as hot or hotter than the upper radiator hose. Tried to google the issue but couldn't find much on it. I feel like it backs up my radiator thing if anything.
Try taking out the thermostat and see if anything changes

Aight I’ll try to tomorrow. I’ve taken the serpentine belt off a few times and I’m pretty confident I am running it right as I just copy the ford diagram

Drove tonight in like 95 deg weather and it was holding around 208 cht. Got up to 217 after some 60-130 pulls but started going down. Was driving on highway and city with a/c off no heater.

That’s well within the normal temp window!

No idea honestly. I guarantee it was just because I had the a/c off and it was a little cooler. Im sure when I drive to work today it will try to overheat again.

Here is what the mmr cooling mod looks like. Not my photo but this is the braided hose with an fittings for gen2 so exactly what I have.
