Go fund me ? LOL
After spending all my money on the first engine rebuild and not working during college I am pretty broke haha. I also need to rear tires very soon.

I would like an even larger radiator. I'd rather have too much radiator than enough. just me
I'm with you on that in general, after all I have a radiator that is 2x the volume of a PP1 stock unit, but it's due to reasons and usecases that are completely different from highway cruising. The fact that it doesn't overheat much at 160mph pulls, but does so in 80mph cruise control mode is really strange. It doesn't seem to be purely because of size of radiator core.
As far as I can tell, the cooling system simply can't keep up. Either due to air pockets or a component that's clogged or not working right.
:like:
Here was my coolant temps at 241cht
ECT is a calculated value that is largely based on CHT readings, there is no coolant sensor unless you installed one. There was a great idea to check if CHT sensor is not doing something funny.

When you come to a stop with CHT above 220, are both your fans screaming on high? Because they should be.

Still zero signs of any coolant loss?

I bought the performance pack one
You’re not running the MMR water pump pulley are you ?
Get the FP pump then take two aspirin and check back in tomorrow…… LOL
Seriously, I’m going on record with my WAG that the MMR crossover needs a boost in flow force to mitigate the possibility of lethargic coolant flow at the rear most area of the heads. Let’s just hope there is a bit of cylinder head flow bias either to the left or right.
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

I think his tune is set to have them come on much lower than stock. Even then, on gen 3 at least you don't get max fan until 227. Low speed comes on at 217 lol

I’m going with my blocked radiator theory. After that it’s really just water pump and thermostat and then the rest of the hoses I haven’t touched.

They are in a different post. The one I made where I say the car is slow and that e85 didn’t make the car faster
Post up a log of it overheating at 80. Add the CHT channel and delete the channels that have 0 data.
