Those ports are smaller than a stock 15-17 manifold.

It's a semi finished manifold. It's for pro or semi pro racers.
By definition, so is any other manifold then. Wasn't there claims of this manifold in "semi finished" configuration, outperforming a ported cobra jet? I don't see it.

Maybe the CJ was on a gen 1 and was not port matched?

It was on a genIII.
From the FB post:

Alright folks, here we go! Limited initial launch availability. If they are out of stock by the time you place your order, back orders will ship based on the order timestamp.

Go here, click Ford Coyote under the left side filter - https://www.holley.com/products/engine/intake_manifolds/efi_intake_manifolds/cast/

As I mentioned before, I tested the Ultra Lo-Ram prototype on my Gen 3 Coyote at Westech and made the exact same average power as my Bret Barber ported CJ manifold (which was good for 10.9 hp and 6.1 lb-ft over an unported manifold) – dynoed same day, same throttle body, same tune up. The Ultra Lo-Ram wants to continue to make power above 8,100 rpm but I ran into a hard limit with the controls pack. The engine made 595.4hp with a VMP 137mm throttle body, 1 7/8-inch headers, PMAS, Comp cams, and E85 tune. This was also run with full accessories. I normally run an electric water pump only, but after 10+ years of dealing with nasty dyno water, it died that morning during final setup.

Both the Hi-Ram and Ultra Lo-Ram have the same runner lengths (9.20-inch, CJ/Boss are 9.327-inch). The Hi-Ram is about 6mm taller at peak (shorter on the bac) but has more plenum volume and is designed to be used with a stackable intercooler. LS Hi-Ram intercoolers will not directly bolt on (Coyote manifold is wider).

You can buy the round and oval front inlets for the Ultra-Lo Ram separately, so if you wanted to upgrade from round to oval later, it’s much cheaper than having to buy a completely new manifold.

Obviously, the benefits of cast (though obviously heavier, 14 pounds on a CJ and 31 on a Ultra Lo-ram) are the ability to do whatever you want. Chop it down, make it taller, port it, add a burst panel, whatever you want to do. Plus, it’s $500+ less than a CJ and will likely be more durable in high boost situations.
Yes, manifolds INCLUDE the fuel rails.

Gen 3 Coyote DI Fuel Pressure Sensor Adaptor - 02112ERL

Gen 3 Coyote DI Fuel Pressure Pump Adaptor - 17015NOS

If you want to run a factory 2011-22 round GT throttle body on the round version, use adaptor 717-18 (it natively bolts up GT350, LS/Holley 4 bolt, Predator GT500)

Seems like all is installed correctly but I"m getting a no start. I'm the tuner.

Did you put the fuel pump fuse back in?

Did a quick log, trims look roughly the same. I don't necessarily expect the fueling to change due to the manifold. Planning on dyno Friday.

What will be your basis of comparison to the stock manifold? Or is there not a comparison?

I've done cams and manifold since the last build. I thought hard about re-dynoing the cams before I put the manifold on for science but dyno $$ and time don't allow. I'm going to get the combo done and racing.

This dyno will be the Holley/Bullitt TB + Comp cams & valvetrain /electric water pump/little freer exhaust vs. Previous FBO on ethanol that was about 475rwhp.
