I measured about 2lb net weight savings.
I didn't back to back the HP but I feel fairly confident in the say 4 - 8 hp range. Higher at higher rpm. Meziere claims 8-10hp and I think I saw some reference to the Hot Rod coyote testing reporting mid single digit savings with their electric pump on...
My cam install thread has the info on the adapter you want to use instead of one that had been coming in the kit.

Edited the part list. I had a horrible...
About a year and a few thousand miles later, I'm very happy with the setup. There was a problem with the adapter fitting in the kit that I remedied with a different optional part, after cracking a pump trying to tighten enough to eliminate a leak. But the quality seems good, it cools well and I...
I have one on my '22 GT. I've reduced vibration, surprisingly, with the old hose clamp weight, at the front. I'm fairly convinced the QA is balanced right on. What isn't right on is the factory parts we're connecting to.
Just one more point, no need to reply if you don't want to you. If you've followed a lot of threads you may also be aware of a member that got shrapnel through his motor due to lots of over 8k action. This is due to the assembly clips on the little rockers (or whatever they are called) that seem...
Did you consider a manual steering rack? I may if I go lightweight K-member. I'm a little nervous about the electronic going haywire without the electric rack present. I also understand there's not a one-stop proven way to connect from the steering shaft to the Flaming River rack.
Just sharing facts, not shade.. I thought I had this info in your threads / plans, if not I apologize that I didn't make this point clear. You may be ok, However.. They, fairly so, are "NSR" to factory redline. My comp cams build I go out to 8200-8300. I feel a whole lot safer with PAC 1281X...
What supporting mods did you select to go with the cam install; any besides the Boundary OPGs? Valve springs, timing chains and tensioners? Great build!
OP or whomever, would you please clarify the original problem to be solved? What was the ABS doing or not doing during runs? In my runs, I thought I was getting everything I needed by leaving the dyno plug connected and turning off all advancetrace by holding the interior button that approx. 10...
Just a public service FYI- shipping would have been more like $20 or so each way as long as you use a discount service.. gets about 50% off UPS rack rates. A free platform is pirateship.com
10-15, no way. 5-7? Maybe.
Putting aside the head gaskets, the mean expectation would be more like 480whp SAE. I hope you do better and there's a few outliers... But in my two builds and in evaluating all the data out there, that's what I see. It makes for a good stout car especially with a little weight reduction. I'm...
One detail I learned - there are some o-ring seals on the exhaust cams. The new Comps don't have new ones on them. I don't seem to have any issues as a result. Best practice would be two new seals to be installed on the new exhaust cams. OEM Part # FT4Z-6C262-A
