EB PP soon
I just found one 52k discounted to 48k. The only thing hung missing would be the dynamic cruise, lane departure and bliss.

My goal is to get one somewhere between 48-50k out the door.

You can get either winter/all-season tires, or a complete 2nd set of wheels and winter/all-season tires for a PP car, easy peasy.
19" or 18"? I would prefer 18" because with all the snow we get, I am not sure 19" will be good in the winter we have here.

If you can get the PP, always get the PP. It's a night/day difference between cars that have it vs those that don't even if you don't track it. And because it sounds like you won't be taking long road-trips in the thing, the added comfort of a non-PP car isn't going to really provide any benefits.

This is the PP Forum so your gonna get a lot of "Get the PP"

I say test drive them all. You might love the PP or not. For me the 3.73 1st gear was to quick and I really HATE black rims and those summer tires suck on the 15- 17's.The 3.73's are not faster then the 3.31 btw but the handling is better with the PP wich didn't matter to me as mine is a DD and I'll never track it or have it above 80mph. I want to go faster but I hate tickets ..lol. I'd never get a automatic even tho the A10 looks cool.
I had to have 401a Nav and Shaker sound. The Shaker sound is decent IMO. The stock radio was lame. 3.31 Gears are fine but you need to test drive a bunch to fund out for yourself. PP on the 18's is like $5or $6k I hear i think ? The 18's have so much cool but costly options that I'm glad I got mine when I did.

The 18's w/PP have the new Michelin Sport 4S tires and they are amazing. PP1 is $3999 MSRP and PP2, I believe, is $6999MSRP. Pretty easy to find $4K off MSRP though.

When I was building my 2018 order I was undecided about Magneride so I went over to the GT350 section and asked those that had tried the system if it was worth getting. Their answers made me feel like an idiot for asking, "If you can get it, then get it."

Only those few that had ordered their cars without it said the ÂŁ1,600 could be spend on better stuff like Ford's Nav, a black roof, a loudspeaker in the boot etc.

I ordered the Magnetic damping.
I can't speak for Mustang but on my C7 it was a must have. But the C7 suspension was likely less forgiving than the Mustang.

I do agree, I would likely take Magride before audio upgrade, security, black acccent packages, etc.

Take it from me. I talked myself into buying a non PP car and have slowly been converting mine to PP spec($$$).

It's more than just the stuff you see on the headlines too. It's a better LSD, better cooling, heck the underside of the car is different for better cooling. The wider high perf tires alone will completely change the car.

I always say.....ride height, wheels, and spoiler make the car(stance). Being that you like the spoiler and wheels there is no doubt that you should get the PP car.

After owning my PP 16 I don't think I could get another GT without it. Even if I plan on modding it, everything the package offers pulls the car together very well and just makes it much enjoyable. The brembos alone are worth it to me. Yes you "can" find a used set and install them but hell with all that. Same with the center dash trim. Then include in all the other small things here and there, worth it. Now if you park your car for 320 days of the year and rarely take it on curves, skip it.

What I've learned over the years is, when you have come to a point of asking people if something is worth it, get it because you WILL have buyers remorse later, it's inevitable. You wouldn't have made this thread if you weren't already considering it.

OOC for those replying on this thread.

Would your thinking be the same if this were a convertible?

I'm looking at a vert and running this same question as the OP on PP or not.

Again, won't be tracked...Daily driver...comfy cruiser.

I think my impressions with a convertible would be the opposite. If I was getting a convertible I'd be getting it with all the tech and comfort packages since typically the point of a convertible is cruising/GT.

Yup my car is a vert. IMHO the car drives better with the PP suspension than it did with the base stuff.

Also the extra gearing is nice for a heavier car.
