  1. 2021 Mach 1 Reviews Compilation

So true. The Mach-1 is priced for that special buyer who wants the opposite of bang for the buck. The Camaro has worse visibility but it's hardly that big of a deal. Having owned both, you definitely get used to it and never even notice it after awhile. The Camaro sits lower and feels way...
  2. Why DIDN'T you get a camaro?

Good choice. 1LE looks sick in orange and now with an A10 if you want.
  3. Why DIDN'T you get a camaro?

I had a '19 GT. Got rid of it simply b/c the 2nd gear grind annoyed me. Probably an overreaction but I got it so cheap, barely lost any $. Ended up with a Camaro SS A10. I personally like the Camaro better b/c to me, the seats are vastly superior and the car sits lower and feels sportier...
  4. S550 Mustang GT as a Daily Driver

Your gas mileage if driven like your SI will be closer to 16 or 17mpg IMO. If you can deal with that, go for it. Unless I had a very short commute, I would not commute in a car with horrid gas mpg. I also would get bored of any car if I drove it daily. I'd have a 4cyl as a commuter. Mustang GT...
  5. Active exhaust: yay or nay?

You must be hard of hearing. The stock exhaust sounds perfect. Yes you can put aftermarket exhausts on and many just sound LOUD. And LOUD is annoying as hell. There's a difference between good sound and being loud. But saying the stock exhaust has "no volume", I guess means it's not annoying...
  6. Anybody buying this media fueled COVID-19 bull schitt?

WTF would a Democrat be doing right now at the helm? He/She would be spending tax dollars building task forces finding out why hispanics and blacks and transgenders are getting unfairly more cases of Coronavirus and how it's society's fault and somehow the white middle class should pay for it...
  7. Anybody buying this media fueled COVID-19 bull schitt?

Aint that the truth. Pick a new source, it's all mudslinging. However, I think CNBC and CNN are the worst. I do wish Fox news would try and rise above it and not even pay attention to it.
  8. 2018 GT low rpm engine rattle, cylinder damage pics, Ford buyback process

Suck this still exists. I had no 2k rattle/diesel sound until about 500 miles. I'm pretty sure I didn't notice it on the test drive or even early on and probably would have. The noise at first happening only when the car was cold but then pretty much all the time in 2nd gear 2k-2600rpm or so...
  9. Active exhaust: yay or nay?

Such as? Stock exhaust isn't even LOUD. It's perfect.
  10. Debating trading up to a gen 3 a10...

Reread what I wrote, " 6th gear, unlike in my base GT manual i had, was basically unuseable." In other words, I preferred the gearing in my GT. 6th gear in my base GT still felt good at 80mph. I could still pass in 6th and it had some throttle response. The same gear in the SS manual to me...
  11. Active exhaust: yay or nay?

Nothing more joyous than hearing your V8 go whisper quiet and sound like a Chevy Spark.
  12. Anybody buying this media fueled COVID-19 bull schitt?

Trump is annoying, very into himself, has a short attentions span, and not exactly likeable. BUT......the liberal media is 10x worse. They're too stupid or ignorant to see how bad they look when all the do is try and bash him. Headlines on CNN front page every other day of Anderson Cooper...
  13. Active exhaust: yay or nay?

Unless you want to quiet your car in the morning due to annoying neighbors, then I think the Active exhaust is a complete waste of $. I had a base GT manual and the stock exhaust sounded awesome and I would never have wanted to make it quieter/louder..etc. I worked from home so no worries...
  14. Debating trading up to a gen 3 a10...

The only reason I didn't get a Camaro manual is the tall gearing kinda turned me off. 6th gear, unlike in my base GT manual i had, was basically unuseable. I know it's an overdrive but there was nothing when you hit the gas....just too tall. 5th gear felt too tall as well. The tremec manual in...
  15. Debating trading up to a gen 3 a10...

I don't think you understood what I wrote. The A10 Camaro SS is "considerably quicker" than the manual GT that I had. I test drove 2 A10 Mustang GTs as well (3.15 and 3.55). That car and the SS A10 felt about the same acceleration-wise. The A10 in the SS felt considerably smoother to me though...
  16. Debating trading up to a gen 3 a10...

You made the right move. Had a '19 GT manual. The 2nd gear grind sounds were making me more uncomfortable, so I sold it b/c I got a crazy good deal on it. Ended with an new A10 Camaro SS. The SS in A10 form feels considerably quicker than the GT and I believe it is. I still miss manual a lot...
  17. Does your Mustang's seat lumbar support suck?

Had a base 19 GT and the lumbar on the seats seemed to push out too much even with it fully deflated. I always struggled to get comfortable up top. My progessively worse 2nd gear grind resulted in me selling it anyway. I will say this. I had this pad in my other car (VW Golf) b/c those seats...
  18. Car and Driver Muscle Car Showdown: 2020 GT500 vs ZL1 1LE vs Challenger Hellcat Redeye

I hardly see any GT350s as it is and I live in area where Macans and Teslas are the norm. See pleny of GTs and ecoboosts though. A $70K Range Rover buyer has no interest in a GT500 and an SUV has room to spare. The GT500 doesn't and it's 0-60 time is barely faster than a bare bones A10 GT...
  19. Insults

Seriously? If a guy with a Tacoma was insulted my Mustang GT, I'd probably just laugh at him. I wouldn't even take him seriously. Probably tell him I would have gotten a Tacoma too if I wanted to get bent over by a dealer buying something big, slow, and zero fun..
