Greetings! It has been a long, long time . . . the last Mustang I owned was a '76 II, with the 302, hard to believe that motor only put out 140 ponies. Through the years I have owned a variety of brands including several Fords (my second car was a '71 LTD when I was in High School, two Thunderbirds, and - ugh - a Futura) and the past ten years or so Porsche and Jaguar. I really love my Jaguar SUV and convertible, and the Wrangler is great for getting around the island, but when I saw the Bullitt something flipped. What incredible lines, so clean without ornament, and looking up the reviews I am not sure any other vehicle can deliver so much fun. I am presently in negotiation with a dealership for one that is on the way, K1800 is the number I believe.

At this point I am not sure which of the two Jags I am going to trade, as the F-PACE is such a great road trip vehicle. It is an "S" with respectable 0-60 in 5.1 seconds, and full of comfort and tech. I have a down payment of $5K on an F-PACE SVR to be built this winter and delivered early next year, now considering backing out of that. The local dealership had a Cobra GT350 that I tried out, I swear it has more driver's seat room than my SUV, and running through the close-gated manual just felt so right. I am close to an early retirement, and figure it is time to have some fun before they take away my license for good!

Hey guys.

So although I bought myself my 2016 Mustang GT pp last spring I only recently joined this forum. Previously I owned a modded Chrysler 300C with the 5.7 hemi and a Honda Accord V6 6spd coupe. After selling both of those cars I was in the market for a reliable winter beater/grocery getter and my first ever sports car. I've owned a few sporty cars but not a true muscle car if you know what I mean...

So I picked up a Mazda3 sport with 6spd
and a 2.5 liters peppy lil engine. Then took a few months to research and test drive many different sports cars before taking the new generation Mustang for a test drive. Wow. What a completely difference experience from all of the other stangs I had been in over the years. So much more refined, so well equipped and modern technology. (The trunk popping back open when you leave your key there still amazes me lol) the power even in higher gears and the handling! Going to an independent rear was definitely a selling point for me as well.

After driving it for two summers now with only a canned tune, cai and exhaust work, I caught the mod bug and am slowly starting to customize my beast how I want it to look/ride.
Lowered with spacers, Led conversion, Shelby 350 steering wheel, wrapped roof and soon adding spoilers and a few mild engine mods... Nothing crazy but subtly nice touches to really enjoy the nicest car I've ever owned!!

Last one I owned was an 89' fox body about 12 years ago I ended up trading her for another vehicle. Excited to be a part of the community. So needless to say... I'm thinking i'm back! Looks good I have a 18 PPL2 the one thing I would recommend is putting splash guards on otherwise those cup 2 tires will sling rocks on to your paint. Enjoy that car will stick like crazy glue though. Phil

Good evening! I'm on my 2nd 3.5EB F-150 (2011/2015) and getting my order ready for a 2019 GT Premium for days I don't need my truck. I would have already pulled the trigger but I was pissed about BLIS getting pulled from Safe & Smart and moved to 401A. I was going to build a 300A plus safety features. I tried to talk myself into a Challenger Scat Pack instead but I really like the Mustang better. I just requested some info from Ford hoping it will trigger a customer cash mailer. I'll wait a little bit longer to see if anything shows up. If not, I'm still Xplan. Learning a ton from reading the forum posts already! Thanks for sharing so much of your experience!

Currently have a ‘18 Ox White GT, it’s my 2nd ford and my first American muscle; had Japanese and European cars prior... so this is all somewhat new to me., butlove the car tons so far and only had it a few months.! Really impressed with the Coyote and R&D that’s went into it., really eager to learn and get into the nuts and bolts of these cars.
Glad to be a part of the team and look forward to things to come.!

Hey folks! new to the forum, new and late to the S550 scene also. I'm from NJ and owned a supercharged 2005 GT for 11yrs, decided to upgrade and picked up a 2017 GT 6MT PP. Love the IRS, it just handles so much better. The car is currently bone stock. Planning on lowering it a bit, do some axlebacks, and a no tune intake just for warranty purposes. Eventually will definitely have to go boost.

Hello all. John here from St. Louis. Bought my first Mustang about 2 months ago. A new 2018 Mustang GT Fastback. Did a few mods like Ford Performance Springs, Strut Tower Brace, K Brace coming in this week. Several cosmetic mods like tint, black badges, 19" wheels (not keen on them yet). Drove at PCA event in early October at Gateway Motorsports Park. was impressed with the handling but not the PZero Neros.
