Hello everybody. I'm the proud new owner of a black 16' Premium GT w/ PP. I have been slowing falling in love with this newest body style since about a year after it came out. I actually didn't like it in the beginning. My daughter is about take over my vehicle so it was time to get something else. I spend a lot of time in my vehicle for work so I decided I would get something fun.

At first I couldn't decide between Premium or PP. In the end I had to have both. After only a few days of searching I found the car I wanted locally through Autotrader. It was listed by an individual and had everything I was looking for and then some.

It's got 15,000 miles and the upgrades include, lowering springs (not sure which brand), BBK CAI, Gibson Racing exhaust, limo tint, hood scoop, and matte black stripes. I paid 29k for it so I think I did alright.

I'm freaking loving the car!!! It sounds so goods and I get tons of compliments everyday.

My initial mod plans are to focus on appearance at first. I'll wait for performance mods until I start getting used to the power. So first up will be

Grill mesh kit
Red Coyote emblem
Red accent stripes for the matte black stripes
Paint the PP calipers red
GT350 start button
1" wheel spacers, until I can get new rims

Hello My name is Stacie. I am 25 years young. I currently own a 2013 V6 premium Convertible and I have a 2018 GT PP Orange Fury with all the bells and whistles on order. This is my families first custom ordered car so we are new to this. But I am very excited to receive it and have fun with it.

Here is my 2013 that will become my dad's when I receive my 2018. He has never owned a sports car that is his. My mom and I have but he hasn't so I think its safe to say he's excited to get it and call it his.

Hi Stacie, welcome! Curious, did they give you any discounts, sell at MSRP, or upcharge above the MSRP? I plan to order a 2018 GT PP2 once the details are released on the PP2... Just curious how the dealers are reacting to the 2018s price wise.

Hey there. My name is Bill. Just joined the forum but not new to Mustangs. Grew up in a blue oval family. I vaguely remember dad having a Falcon and a Gran Torino. By the time I got to drive I drove his 74 Ford F100 to school.

Bought my first Mustang shortly after college. An 89 GT dark blue with gray trim. 5 Speed. Had it 4 years before it was stolen (ugh!). Went into a long phase of practical cars until a few years ago on a whim I bought a heavily modified 04 Terminator. Kept that about a year. Realizing it wasn't for me (not suitable as a DD) I sold that and bought a new 2013 Base GT. Had that about a year and sold it due to financial circumstances.

After driving another practical car for the last 4 years and being in a better position, I decided to get another new Mustang. Of the 4 I've owned, this is the first auto. I miss rowing the gears but as a DD I know the auto will make sense in about a year. Haha.

Found this LB 2017 Premium w/ Shaker Pro deeply discounted as they were clearing out 2017s. Have had it about 2 and a half weeks but am already planning some minor mods. First up will be exhaust. Thinking Borla Touring CB. Some pics:

Howdy, name is Jay, just picked up 17 gt prem, grabber blue ( favorite color) 3rd mustang I've owned, previous 01 & 03 cobras. I was in the market for another term, when the wife convinced me to get a newer model for all the gizmos and comfort ( she probly drives it more than I do). I enjoy wrenching almost as much as driving. Got tired of fixing my c5 z06 27k and rebuilt engine, clutch, poor build quality and an electrical nightmare. GT is all stock for now aside from sound tube delete and tint. First mods will be jacking rails and lowering springs

Nice ride Sir, welcome to the Forum. There is lots of help and information here. X-Force exhaust? I've been interested in that catback for a while now, but I've had doubts about it. Could you answer a couple of questions about it here or send me a PM? I worry that it's not loud enough fully open. If I deleted the resonresonator for more volume with an Hpipe or Xpipe, it might not have a good tone or be loud enough. By any chance, do you have any comparison in person? Anywho, welcome to the forum man!

Hey guys. I just recently picked up my s550 about a month ago and I’m loving it so much. This car has been so much fun and it’s also the nicest car I’ve ever owned. I got a 16’ Premium GT with PP. It had 15k on the odo when I got it. The car had everything I was looking for plus some decent mods already done. The mods are as follows.

5% tint
Hood scoop
Matte black stripes
Cjpp lowering springs
Gibson catback
BBK CAI

I have added the following mods since I got it.

GT350 start button
Customcargrilles grill kit
MF v1 front emblem
Red accent stripes

I have some plans for future mods as well and I’ll be documenting them here with a build thread and also on my IG [MENTION=32262]S550MG[/MENTION]

My next mods will be a set of spacers while I’m saving up for some wheels and Eibach springs. I’m going to paint the Brembos red. Get some long tube headers and a E85 tune from Lund. I also plan to add a track pack spoiler to finish out the exterior. That’s should get me started, lol. Like all of you, I’ll probably never be done modding. A paint correction and ceramic coating is in the near future as well. I have enjoyed lurking here and learning about these cars. The info I’ve learned here helped me find exactly what I wanted. Well almost, I really wanted Gt350, but who doesn’t right?

My first car was a brand new 1988 Ford Escort (old fart). Look that one up, what a piece of crap, anyway it was quickly wrapped around a tree, and based upon my short experience with the car I swore I would never buy a Ford car again. Here I am now 30 years later, and very much interested in the 2018 Mustang GT. Pretty much looks like this is the car I will buy, so have to introduce myself to new folks. Currently a White 2011 Convertible Corvette with 10K miles, and a White 2010 Audi S5 with 80K. The Audi will be the trade for the White 2018 Mustang GT with all options. Don't want the racing seats. So that's it, the excellent Audi with 350 HP for the the Stang with another 100HP. There are so many things going for this Mustang that just makes me want it. The magnetic shocks, something I have on my Corvette, and they are friggin awesome, so glad that they are available. The virtual cockpit thang, and was really wanting and was looking at an Audi RS3, but with the sheet this Audi, is $15,000 more easily, but probably 20K more. And for folks who follow things, the 2018 RS3 is a 2.5l turbo motor with 400HP, that is less HP and TQ than the Mustang. And they probably weigh about the same.
