Has anyone seen Borla's "new" resonator delete?

I'd like to hear it with something other than the stock mufflers. Ford's mufflers on the S550 have all been very tinny sounding.

I may be a little biased since I dd my car with the AWE TRACK, but this x-ish pipe sounds terrible.

You know the guys working at Borla thought this sounded bad but then someone at the top said “sounds good, I like it” so they had to agree for job security reasons and here we are. Looks 10/10. Sounds 3/10. Props to Borla for trying something different though.

$450 noise maker. Looks pretty cool though. Cannot see it weighing less than stock one by much. May free up a little power too.

I think you are on to something. The clips I've heard with a resonator delete and stock mufflers do nothing for me. I'd like to hear it with my Borla type S mufflers.

I should have a video of a buddy's 2018 GT 10R80 car shortly to show off his exhaust setup. S197 manifold swap on the driver's side, MAK deletes reduced to 2.5" before the x-pipe, 2.5" replacing the 2.25" and smaller sections before the OEM resonator area, Magnaflow 2.5" tru x resonated midpipe replacing the suitcase, OEM non active exhaust mufflers. Sounds bad ass, no rasp really.

You really do need proper resonators to eliminate that tin can BS on these. I'd be curious to hear the switchfire x pipe with Vibrant resonators added behind the x-pipe to take out the rasp.

I feel like Borla's videos have terrible audio most of the time. Here is a video from another forum member, it is on a Bullitt so it isn't a 1 to 1 comparison with the video here, but sounds way better.

You can tell the video sound is off when they show the stock Mustang GT. That one doesn't sound right. Whoever placed the mics and mixed the audio didn't get a true representation of the exhaust sound.
