  1. 2020 GT500 Injectors

GT500 injectors will fit Gen2 15-17? Why does CJ pony say they wont? https://www.cjponyparts.com/ford-performance-fuel-injectors-55lb-hr-ev14-uscar-set-of-8-mustang-gt500-2020-2022/p/M9593M55GT/
  2. It's official. VMP joins forces with Whipple

This is good and bad but I understand why they had to. VMP is still a small player in the game only dealing with Mustangs can only take you so far.
  3. Uh.....Guys?

haha. So there is no point. My tick is not that bad and if the internet wasn't around I wouldn't even know it was there. hahaah

  5. Strokerswild's Boring Bolt-On Show-Off Thread

Wow, I'm so happy I found this thread. I've been wanting to do the manifold swap for a very long time but I love my painted engine cover and the 18+ is ugly. Few questions. 1. So all you dremeled was all the way to those holes and the mount for the imrc stuff? Probably got to be careful and...
  6. Installing Ford pp front control arms. How do I torque the bolts at full weight if car is on jack stands?

Ahh Yeah mine doesn't have that divot. But I can see what you are talking about. That would make more secure on the stud. Might end up drilling it. Thanks
  7. Installing Ford pp front control arms. How do I torque the bolts at full weight if car is on jack stands?

There's no divot on the nut that threads on to the tool. One side threads on and the other side it flat. Like cap.
  8. Installing Ford pp front control arms. How do I torque the bolts at full weight if car is on jack stands?

See, I saw that little ball on the tool end and figured that goes into the stud end but I already beat the stud so much that the divot on the stud was gone. lol I understand now putting tension on it when hitting it helps. Will try that on the passenger side.
  9. Installing Ford pp front control arms. How do I torque the bolts at full weight if car is on jack stands?

No, figured I might bend the stud which I did anyways hitting upwards. lol
  10. Installing Ford pp front control arms. How do I torque the bolts at full weight if car is on jack stands?

Yes, finally got the front driver side one off. Going to work on the passenger side tomorrow. My neighbor suggested a torch. So borrowed a friends at work. But I first used that tool which was posted on the first page but it just kept slipping off the bottom of the stud even with the nut on...

  13. Installing Ford pp front control arms. How do I torque the bolts at full weight if car is on jack stands?

Yeah, I hit the rod end a few times and hasn't much if any. Of course it's hard to get enough power hitting upwards on jack stands. I only have 20K and the car as been in the south. There is some rust but nothing like you would see up north.
  14. Help, front control arm removal!

Ok, I am going to order it thanks. My neighbor said to use a torch to heat up the knuckle and then whack it a few times, but rather use this tool. My arm is tired. hahaah
  15. Installing Ford pp front control arms. How do I torque the bolts at full weight if car is on jack stands?

I am having hell trying to get the forward control arm off. I've beat the knuckle tired to use a front end kit from harbor freight. The one on the top right worked for the rear arm but I can't get a good angle for the front arm. There's nothing to attach one of the legs too. It will not pop...
  16. Help, front control arm removal!

So will that tool fit on the forward control arm. The one with the air deflector? There's room for it? I am having hell trying to get mine off. I've beat the knuckle tired to use a front end kit from harbor freight. The one on the top right worked for the rear arm but I can't get a good angle...
  17. Rear camber arm adjustment

So, how was the install and they holding up well? They don't look as Beefy as Steeda or BMR but the price is very good.
  18. Performance Pack control arms

That's what I was wondering. There is not much metal to press around the bushing to give resistance when pushing out the bushing. But lucky for me I work in a machine shop so I have plenty of metal to experiment with. lol
  19. Performance Pack control arms

Yeah yeah, I remember.. But since a magnetic sticks to them they are defiantly not aluminum
