I have the option to select diff. temp in my gauges, but the actual temp readings aren’t being displayed. However, I can see and monitor diff. temp via my nGauge which is mounted in the dash AC vent.

My OBD link MX+ has arrived from the states, but it’s wrapped up awaiting delivery by Father Christmas ...@WD Pro, I trust you will tell us when you find the code for activating the diff temp in the IPC, won't you? I mean, no updates in this thread means you haven't found it yet, right?
I'm keeping an eye on this topic.![]()

This is great news - thank youAxle oil temp is definitely doable in Forscan.
It's in the IPC module (not as-built). I changed "axle oil temp display" from disabled to enabled.
Also interesting to note that I could enable the "performance shift indicator" even though I have the A10.

Yeah, that's normal. It takes a while to move (if at all), since the minimum temp is 100F or so. If you don't drive on the freeway/highway in winter, I bet it doesn't move at all. It even takes a while to move in summer.I found that the axle temp gauge didn't move for a long time from a cold start. I thought it was broken but it was showing as above after a 20min drive.
It must have something to do with the EU or RHD Mustangs. There's definitely a sensor in the diff, but the temp gauge is disabled from the factory.I haven't heard of Mustangs with a differential sensor not having the axle temperature gauge option, but maybe they are. Without such sensor, it wouldn't make any sense to have such gauge, since its temperature couldn't be 'inferred' even remotely accurately, like the engine oil temperature supposedly is (which I don't like, by the way, but better than nothing, I guess).

Euro-spec Mustangs do have the sensor so they can go into limp mode when the diff overheats, but strangely the gauge is deactivated.I haven't heard of Mustangs with a differential sensor not having the axle temperature gauge option, but maybe they are.
