Saving up for an ESS and will start with the 91 tune (live in Idaho).

Wengerd said I could probably get by with just a boost-a-pump with the base kit, but wondering what some of you had to do to go to an E85 tune at some point. I'm assuming at least injectors and an upgraded fuel pump.

I did search, but pages and pages of info that isn't related. :)

Thanks for any info!

Probably also consider fuel rails, depending on how much boost/power your goal is, but if your plan is to stay on the 120mm or even 115mm pulley you could get away with not replacing the fuel rails. You can gain power and cooling benefits with E85 without going nuts on the boost.

Also consider that at higher altitudes (I assume in Idaho you are at least a few thousand feet above sea level), the boost you get for any given pulley will be less than advertized.

There are many ways to skin this cat. try* (and I say try with an * because once you start down this rabbit hole, you will want more) to determine what your end goals are so that you don't buy things multiple times. I easily have $5k in fuel system parts alone in my garage, that I don't even use anymore.

Ask Wengerd but more thank likely and the best move will be a fuel system (Fore Inov) if its a daily driver think about it but if not go all in. The best thing to do when going Boost! 👍👍

The fore systems are overcomplicated, overpriced, and have too many drawbacks.
Too late for me 🤦‍♂️ its the only one ive ever heard of talked about the most. Either way im set already. From the order placed to receiving it there was some major delays and minimal communication. Not sure if they are currently having issues fulfilling orders.

I’d take a bap/dw400, dw810, kpm1500, or even a stock gt500 bucket over any return-style or other aftermarket bucket/bucket delete.
Didnt know you can even do that. Im sure its a hell lot cheaper also. If you pay to play (E85 really is the gane changer) its another beast of a car. On pump u would feel the drop in power at times. With E it doesnt stop pulling 🫣

Yes, for sure. Myself and some others are pushing 16-18 psi boost on e85 with just a dw400/bap. I’m even on the stock sized Whipple injectors.

I just ordered their fuel tee for the Di and right afterward heard they are slow to ship orders. Hopefully I don’t have to wait too long to receive it.

My kit took about 6 to 8 weeks or so to ship even after paying for expedited shipping (the dealer got that fee reimbursed)
