Just get tuned for E30, you’ll get the bulk of the gains without the obnoxious volume requirements

I don’t doubt it at all. I’ll be doing a complete fuel system upgrade using a Deatschwerks X3 fuel system, Radium 3 port distribution block, Holley rails, Fore Di tee and lots of fittings.

It fits on the DI pump very loose it wobbles all around. The other fittings are prone to leaking as well but the very loose fit on the DI pump is just unsettling. I feel it could have been designed much better however most of what Fore makes is a carryover of a part from an application like 10 years ago that they try to reuse to save on costs.

Is this just a case of too thin of an o-ring inside the female quick connect fitting on the tee?

You can gain power and cooling benefits with E85 without going nuts on the boost.

This is where I'm at. Right here. I don't daily the car or race it, but I do like to have fun in it. So, I run e85 on the 120mm pulley on a g3x. She will see peak rpm - 10psi. Right now, I'm content. Will I want more power in the future? Well yeah, thats why I got the g3x.
DW400, BAP, Radium fuel rails and 1050x injectors. No issues on e85, been maybe 6 months? or more since I made the change. I drive it maybe 3 times a week (to work) on maximum and almost every time I give it a solid 2nd- 4th gear pull.

In my opinion it's more then just the O ring it's the way it attaches to the DI pump. You'll see when you install it.

If I had to do it all over again, the only thing I would be considering is either a DW810 inside the OEM bucket, (obviously requires tuning that most don't have access to, and some electrical and custom plumbing work that some may not feel comfortable doing) or one of the KPM systems.

The DW X3 or radium bucket is better than an open hanger, but not by much. The only people who have truly figured out a proper venturi and bucket fill strategy are OEM and KPM.

When the time comes to look into boost and e85, I would look into kpm fuel systems (they are a vendor on here).

We belive that KPM have the best fuel systems availble for the Mustangs. You can purchase an 800hp kit and continue to ADD-ON as required all the way to 2700hp. 100% Gas and E85 compatible.
All direct fit, all with intergrated venturi siphoning. Functionality is better than OE, with the abilty to support perfectly at the power level you require.

How much boost?

There’s a huge difference between what you really need and what your tuner will “allow”.

I'd probably be starting out with the base kit with either the largest pulley (125mm, 7psi) and go from there.

At 7 psi boost and e85 you could get away with the stock fuel pump on an 18v bap and 38# injectors. Might need a fuel rail upgrade though, and tuning of course.

Whats wrong with the radium bucket that its not much better than an open hanger?

The radium bucket doesn’t “pump” fuel into the bucket from outside the bucket. It relies on gravity to push fuel past the mushroom valves and it can’t keep up at low fuel levels and high flow rates. The dw bucket has the same design flaw.

Stock and KPM don’t have this issue.
