Never noticed anything weird when I’d by driving my car but today I had it parked with the tires turned and I noticed on the inside of the drivers side tire it’s completely worn down. I checked the passenger side front tire and it’s fine. See the picture below. Any idea why this happened? It’s a 2019 bullitt original tires, original alignment, 10k miles.

Should new tires and an alignment fix this problem or could something bigger be at play here?

That looks more like steering geometry (toe in or camber?) than alignment to me (but I'm no expert)

Too much negative camber there Jesse.

Better get that replaced, fast. That's dangerous.

What could’ve caused that? Did the alignment just go bad over time?

No one can say. Have you had it aligned?

Take it in for front tires, and have it aligned. If something is wrong, it will be discovered curing the alignment.

Could be many things. Potholes, bumped
something, maybe never set correctly (my guess), maybe something left loose, maybe a part failing.
Alignments don't generally just "go bad". There's usually some outside influence
Since you're still on the factory alignment and it's just the one tire I lean towards a factory misstep. Something not set/installed/ tightened correctly or ???

Ok, hopefully the alignment shop can get it sorted out.

my rear tires still have some tread in them. Is it ok to just change the front two tires for now or should I do all 4

If that was toe out both tires would be worn very similar. That is quite a bit of neg. camber and yes a shop can fix it, be aware there is no camber adjustment from factory. You will either need camber plates ( best, expensive),or bolts (less money and ok depending on how you use car). if you plan on tracking car I would shy away from bolts. It's ok to change just one end at a time with tires. As far as what caused it I agree with all the above ideas, hard to say. Jim

So the alignment shop will not be able to fix the camber unless I get the camber plates or bolts??
It’s just a street driven car, no tracking and it’s stock ride height, just steeda spacers all around

Alignment should be checked every 2 years. Things move, esp if you hit them hard enough. Factory alignment was probably total crap.

Toe is evil. Camber of 1.3 ish (about max with stock bits) will last plenty long. Tires should be replaced every 4 years anyway.

And that's not bad. Guy parking next to me had cords 2 inches wide showing. And zero tread.

correct, the only adjustment from factory is toe. Jim

I have heard of people slotting factory plates to get adjustment, not a fan personally.

Hm I see ok good to know, thanks Jim. Just curious, if there’s no wiggle room for the camber to be adjusted, how did it get screwed up over time if it has no where to go?
