  1. Would you buy a tuned car?

That's great for the guy you sold it to. But what about 2 or 3 more owners down the line with the paperwork getting lost along the way and finding it on a dealer lot? Most on here have said they would buy a modded car from a single owner with history. The issue comes in with a newer car where...
  2. Need Help- Picture of 2023 GT Performance Package Tire and Loading Yellow Tag

Yeah, I know that you can't use my sticker. I was just pointing out that even the tire/load sticker has the car VIN on it. I just posted my sticker so you could see the VIN. Anyone else's car, PP or not, will have their VIN as well. So even if you get a photo of theirs you will still have to...
  3. How come the s550 tramlines so bad?

People keep suggesting alignment as the cause. I'd ask if you have uneven tire wear? Feathered edges, inside or outside wearing center, edges, anything unusual?
  4. Where to get my rear window defroster connection repaired?

Well, that's unfortunate. As you may guess from my user name I've seen many, many spinal surgeries. I hope it doesn't come to that for you. But, if it does, it's a pretty successful procedure that can give relief. For the defroster, as above, the first thing I'd try is a mobile glass guy.
  5. Where to get my rear window defroster connection repaired?

Don't you have a diy inclined friend or family member who could help you out with this? I doubt any glass shop would want to repair this vs replacing the glass. Maybe I'm wrong about that, idk. They would be my first place to call though. Maybe not Safelight, but a local mobile glass guy. Any...
  6. Mustang interior remodel

Find a custom automotive upholstery shop and be prepared to pay a hefty price and have the car torn apart for a long time. They shouldn't be too hard to find in most metro areas. Look for shops that build custom cars, ask at car shows, look for high end body shops, all that kind of thing, watch...
  7. Need Help- Picture of 2023 GT Performance Package Tire and Loading Yellow Tag

OP, I was just looking at mine and you may have an issue using someone else's sticker. Mine has the VIN on the tire sticker as well. So another car's may have the same tire and loading info it will also have their VIN. Perhaps your body shop can work with their replacement company to get your...
  8. Need Help- Picture of 2023 GT Performance Package Tire and Loading Yellow Tag

Whoever takes the picture be sure to take it as "straight on" as possible and avoid any glare and, obviously, as in focus as possible. OP, did they replace the door VIN sticker? And is the body shop going to order the sticker for you or are you on your own?
  9. Trunk weather stripping. Normal or?

Or injection/relief points. I'm not sure a new seal wouldn't have the same marks.
  10. High Pitch Hissing/ Whining Noise Under Hood

I'm sorry, I don't believe this. I've never heard a car do this. Even if what you say is true it is definitely not "normal", on or off.
  11. High Pitch Hissing/ Whining Noise Under Hood

It sounded more like a whistle to me. Made me think of an old fashioned tea kettle releasing steam. It's so very hard to identify noises on an internet video...
  12. When to get oil pump gears.

If a gear breaks it can't pump oil, bearings don't like being without oil. Not to mention the damage the broken gear itself will inflict. I'd do it before, at the same time would be the latest.
  13. P0339 Fault Code

Simply goings by what you wrote. "The car is a 2025 gt premium with 131 miles and it's the original starter"
  14. P0339 Fault Code

WTF are you even trying with a new car? And loading the parts cannon at that? Take it in for warranty repair. Oh, and look up Mustang 7G.
  15. Would you buy a tuned car?

It really sounds like there are two questions being asked here. Would you/I buy "A" tuned car. And Would you/I buy "That" tuned car. The answer to the first is, yes, quite possibly. Depending on the car, condition, price, history, circumstances, etc. The answer to the second is almost...
  16. High Mileage Gen 3's & how are they doing?

Oh well, maybe someone will find it useful...
  17. High Mileage Gen 3's & how are they doing?

Are you only asking about the GT or just in general? FWIW, my '18 EB convertible is at 103k miles. There have been what I consider 2 major problems and one minor one. First the minor one. At about 38k the evaporative purge valve needed replacement. It's a pretty common thing and was probably...
  18. Front Floor Mats

If I'm wearing flip-flops I'll kick them off and drive barefoot. Simply because they tend to not stay on well when moving my foot from accelerator to brake. It's been a while since I've regularly driven a stick but I'd do the same then too. I've got factory mats with the running pony. They are...
  19. Werid noise coming from engine bay what could it be sounds like a vacuum

Are you getting any codes? Could be a vacuum leak but I'd expect one that large to be throwing codes. Other option off the top of my head would be a noisy bearing or perhaps the ac clutch.
  20. Driver speakers side sounds much louder than the passenger side speakers

I don't think a multimeter is going to be much help. Now, if you have an oscilloscope you could compare sides. But you really need to check the radio/preamp too. The amp can only amplify the signal it receives. Again, an oscilloscope is what you will need.
