Hey thanks for the reply. So basically your powertrain warranty shrinks to 3 years/36k miles? Am I getting that right?
That's how I understand it. The 5 year/60k mile original powertrain warranty shrinks to 3/36. I'd consider this power pack if they kept the 5/60.

Same here. I'm not willing to lose coverage.

A warranty that is cut in half basically, if you actually drive your car and it not collecting dust you are pretty closed to being there already. 2018 is 2.5 years out, 19 are 1.5 years out. So you are talking 18 months warranty on a 19.

Why not wait till you are at 36k then do it the right way. Not sure 5% increase from Ford tune is gonna make a whole lot of difference.

If it's anything like the 15-17s and all you have is 91 octane available I would think twice. Going through pinging as I post.

When they say 91 is required, does this mean you just need 91 to get the extra hp, or are you not allowed to use 87 ever?

91 only. You might limp home on 87, but note Kong76's post above about the older PP.

Yes you need 91 or better to get the power and be safe with the more aggressive tune.

93 octane is very common around here, so I'm interested. I don't know how a group buy would work for something a local Ford dealer needs to install, though.

Well you get the parts delivered to your house in a big box, then you take said box to the dealership and give it to them so they can install.

Pretty simple :)
