Mine is my only car so it gets driven all winter (although I work from home so most days I don't drive), however when I switch over from the winter tires to the summer ones there is a noticeable improvement in how the car drives. I'll make the switch in a few weeks.
Yeah I do but I park in my own garage. It's not that noticeable from outside, but if you're worried about it you can remove the camera easily, there's a piece that attaches to your windshield with double sided tape, and then the camera clicks onto that piece. I'll find some pics:
I am using the Viofo A119. When I bought it (I think about 2 years ago) it was regarded as the best decent but cheap dashcam, the best bang for the buck basically. It captures high quality video in both day and night and I've been pleased with it.
I think it might have been replaced by the...
Mine is all covered in road salt and I'm embarassed to post it, but this sunday is supposed to be a warm day so I'll wash it then. But probably won't switch over to the summer wheels until mid april.
You guys think these prices will hold for much longer? I wanna get rid of my 19 GT and get a beater but waiting a few months cause nobody wants to buy a muscle car when there's snow on the road.
You need to relax dude, I'd bet those guys didn't even know they were doing anything to bother you. Some people are just bad drivers, easiest to ignore them. If a tailgater hits you from behind it's 100% their fault.
I won't buy an electric car yet cause I think they still have too many shortcomings that would bother me. Short range, long charge times, and lack of charge stations especially in rural areas. But these things will likely be resolved in the not too distant future, and at that time why wouldn't I...
My last car was a Golf GTI and it had even more creature comforts than the Mustang and it only weighed 3086 lbs. Obviously the much bigger engine in the Mustang weighs a lot more than the 2.0 in the Golf but the engine doesn't account for the entire difference. Another difference is the size...
According to this the lightest version of the 2021 F-150 only weighs 4021 lbs. https://media.ford.com/content/dam/fordmedia/North%20America/US/product/2021/f150/pdfs/2021-F-150-Technical-Specs.pdf
If you're looking to save some money, I got the Nexen Winguard Sport in 2019 and have driven through two Canadian winters with them. I had X-ice's on my previous car and the Nexens don't seem any worse as far as grip in the snow.
The fact is that we're all going to be driving electric cars in the near future. There is no point in fighting it, it's inevitable so just make peace with it.
But if you let somebody go because you're being courteous, and that results in an accident, you're not legally to blame. Just because you let him go in front of you does not make you in any way responsible for whatever results. Obviously the laws differ between jurisdictions, but I would be very...
I wouldn't even attempt a left turn during rush hour like that SUV tried. I'd find a different intersection that has a light, even if it means having to drive longer. People can call me a coward if they want, but I've seen too many close calls.
Another problem is there's way more SUV's and...
It's a left turn lane, he's allowed to drive there if he's about to make a left turn. I think? Although he should have noticed the other traffic braking and anticipated something like this, I guess he's either a bad driver or wasn't paying attention.
