All the springs were done.
Unfortunately, the camber plates didn't arrive in time. Those are getting done next Monday. Delivery of parts is screwed up all over.
Why didn't you wait then (really not my business but it makes zero sense) ? Not only you'll have to pay for having struts taken apart but you'll have to have an alignment done as well on the front.
It'll be interesting to see how the red loctite works out...

You have to ask? He's had the car for mere days and has done a ton of stuff to it. Impatient maybe?

I can totally relate!

Yeah, because it makes zero sense, especially paying for alignment twice. I gather parts and do everything I want to that would impact alignment at once, so I don't have to do it twice. But everyone's has their own way of spending money, two alignments in a week or so is one of them ;-)

I don't have to pay for additional alignment.

I took a bird to the helmet at speed. Made gouge marks in my helmet!

Got hit by lots of things. The worst was the bumble bee down my collar, second to lit cigarette butts from assholes not paying attention. A lit cig to the chest at 65 MPH makes some fancy sparks!
Yeah, how about a beer can thrown at you at 65mph.

and nothing could possibly change from the time your 'bud' started his run, made his call, and you starting your run.

There's these nifty places called VIR and CMP. You should try them. But at least we know where to find a (once was) nice orange Mustang should you end up in a ditch injured. What's the ambulance response time to your little hidey-hole?

Typical posted is about 1/2 to 2/3 the engineered limit and assumes perfect conditions. Work on correct execution, not outright speed.
You're right about everything so I won't try and explain anything to you.

Hey, I spent so much money adding stuff that my wife looked at me after a couple of months and said "I did the math, you could have bought a new Roush Stage 3 for a few thousand more than you've spent".

And your reply was.. "But I wouldn't have had as much fun!"

You should have replied " Why Honey Muffin you're right I'll keep that in mind for the next one."

I threw in the sweet talk to net you brownie points....

Started mods yesterday and picked up the car today. Suspension done by race car driver and best suspension guy in 6 states. Started with lowering springs.

It doesn't look like it in the photos but it's much lower.
BMR Racing springs.

Did Steeda bushings.

The dealer did the Steeda motor Mounts so the tower brace could be installed.

Damn local dealer charged me $75 to retorque them during oil change.

Got the Lethal Performance IRS brace kit.

Started driving the car along country twisties and suddenly I heard a grinding when I hit the brakes. Immediately headed back to the shop. Drove like 10mph and used paddle Shifters to slow down.

Turns out the right front caliper was coming off. The owner kinda freaked as he'd only seen that once and it was on a race car. They used blue locktite but the bolt came out and flew down the road somewhere.

The used another bolt and used red locktite on everything and rechecked the torque on every bolt.

Lemme tell ya I was shaking a little as it scared me so bad.

The car also had huge noises from the suspension which the guy said was normal.

After 20 miles all the noises went away. It's super quiet. But it drives like a demon glued to the road.

That was my day.

How was yours?
So you didn't get any NVH from adding these Polyurethane bushings?

No, none that I could tell. For the first 20 miles the car was creaking pretty badly. But after it settled it's great. That's probably more due to the springs.
