There was nothing to be found. They said the bolts were fine and didn't need retorquing but they still charged me.
I guess none of us work for free then, do we ?

Canyon Carving in S550 Mustang.

I've posted this one before - out of many "canyon carving" vids I've watched over the years, this one is always compelling... genuine GT350 with no nannies:

I was taking twjsties at 3 times posted limit today. I'm not an idiot. I know how to drive. I'm very good.
The Dragon has a posted speed limit of 30 MPH. Your saying you were doing 90 in the curves?

To me that makes the first two sentences of your quote oxymoronic. And the second two sentences contradictory.
Perhaps you should prove you're not an idiot and take it to a track. Road Atlanta is not that far away...

No, you misunderstand. I wasn't talking about the Dragon in that sentence. I was speaking about my local roads with posted limits of 20-25mph.
I have nothing to prove.
Cheers.😁

Yeah, but $75 seems a little much.
My Chevy dealer charged me $6 for an oil change when I brought them everything. The Ford dealer charged me $25.

You are not going to snap the half shats.

Did you have front springs done too ? If yes, why not wait for the camber plates and do them together (since now someone will have to take struts apart again) ?
All the springs were done.
Unfortunately, the camber plates didn't arrive in time. Those are getting done next Monday. Delivery of parts is screwed up all over.

Took me 5 min to find it.....Hinkle's Alignment and Suspension in Siler City, NC

https://www.facebook.com/hinklesalignment/
The owner is one of the nicest, most decent people I've ever met. And despite the hiccup he will always have my business. Because even with that there is no comparable shop anywhere near me.

A couple years back I had a cam install done by one of the highest rated Chevy shops in Raleigh. They'd done all my work.

After the install I was at the dealer for some other reason and the tech told me the engine is leaking oil from the manifold. Well, he got the place wrong, but the engine was leaking. I took it back to the 'Pro' shop and they discovered during install the tech twisted a seal and that's where the leak came from. They fixed it, apologized. And I still came back.

No one is perfect. Even the best make mistakes.

Mistakes are one thing, flat out lying is another. Personally, I would want them to tell the truth and fix the problem rather than making up a story about it. Trust is a big deal for me.

He didn't make up a story. At first he said it looked like the bolt came loose while driving. Then as they were checking the other bolts he said to that he didn't know what happened. And the look on his face said he was very worried that he had made a mistake.

Yeah, 60 - 75 MPH on 20 - 25 posted public streets doesn't exactly change anything. What it proves is you were being reckless and idiotic, not a good driver.
