I just bought the rear spring isolator supper and lower for my new springs coming in; and they double charged me after 5 days of my order, over drafted my account (I use a separate savings with money specifically for stuff) and I even paid extra for shipping so it like get here all at one time. And Nada.

I don’t get any helpful answers, I paid $21 for expedited shipping, and it’s been 5 days since my order and they haven’t even shipped it yet.

what a nightmare. I should’ve just ordered from lethal performance like I was originally going to. Good grief.

you guys have any bad experiences?

I've ordered once from this place, and they sent the wrong parts, and it was a complete nightmare to return them and go through the process. It was very difficult to just get a real person on the phone. I ended up returning them and ordering from somewhere else. Never will order from them again. Their videos on YouTube are pretty solid though.

I've ordered once from this place, and they sent the wrong parts, and it was a complete nightmare to return them and go through the process. It was very difficult to just get a real person on the phone. I ended up returning them and ordering from somewhere else. Never will order from them again. Their videos on YouTube are pretty solid though.
I agree I do enjoy their install videos and think they’re easy to follow, but I don’t think I will ever order from them as long as I have my mustang.

I understand it’s only $89 they overcharged me but still. Now I have to go through all this shit to get money back.

I order from them once or twice a year. I usually only order from them though if the part I want is in stock at their west coast warehouse, since it is in the same city as me, I can get stuff the next day. Can't say I have ever had any issues with them.

I’ve ordered a fair amount from them over the years. Never had any issues. They are now owned by a private equity company (one of the reasons Bill left if I recall reading/seeing correctly at one point). My dad recently ordered the GT500 Swing through them, no issues. I haven’t ordered anything from them in about 6 months or so (dang I need to order some parts 🤣) but up to that point nothing but positive experiences. Keep on them for that refund, or try going through your bank to dispute the extra transaction

I've ordered twice. First time took 2 months to get my order, never thought it would show up, couldn't make contact with them during this time. Was sure I had been screwed. Second time was another product that only they sold so I bought from them again since the first order eventually came through. I waited about a month and nothing ever showed up. Again, couldn't make contact. Finally, I got an email stating they didn't have the item and couldn't fulfill my order.

In the end, I got everything I paid for, but they need a way to provide customer service, either by phone or email. I won't even try to place anymore orders with them.

I’ve never needed to interact with CJPP’s customer service so I’m no help there. I will say, @LethalPerformance has some top notch customer service. Back when the Ford Performance floor mats got discontinued, I searched everywhere for them. I ended up in a chat on Lethal’s site (they showed them in stock) and one of the associates there took the time to go double check their warehouse to make sure they had them before I placed my order. Sure enough, they did and I placed my order. The person I spoke with must have grabbed them or something when he went and checked because I got the shipping email almost immediately after placing my order. So kudos to team Lethal on that front, you can actually talk to a real person at their shop.

I’ve ordered my Mach 1 Handling Packing wheels from them and i received 3 rear wheels and 1 front. All the TPMS sensors that came with the kit also didn’t work. They were pretty quick on correcting the issue though and sent me the missing front wheel once I sent them the extra rear with the faulty TPMS sensors. Another negative thing was that I specifically told them that all the TPMS sensors were faulty so I included all 4 with the extra rear wheel I shipped to them. They sent me the front wheel 2 days later and only had 1 TPMS sensor in the box when I told them and sent them all 4 TPMS sensors.

I’ve only ordered hard parts, lights, etc. They’re usually cheaper and quicker for me to order from where I live. Although, my Steeda IRS brace and jacking rails came lumped up last month. But my blame on that, is more on Steedas powder coat and packaging than CJ just shipping it.
I’ve had good luck with them and their support. American muscle though, def hit or miss.

Sounds like you paid with a debit card. When you pay for something with a credit card or debit card, an authorization is created for the amount of the charge to verify your credentials and funding. Once funding and credentials are verified, the charge is created. While it looks like you were double charged, you weren't. The original authorization will be placed back in your account in 3-5 business days. As a business owner for 20+ years, we received this particular complaint weekly. Word to the wise....don't pay with a debit card that is tied to your bank account. This has nothing to do with CJ Pony Parts. They didn't double charge you - this is how debit cards work.

I tried to order a small part knowing i would have to pay shipping. But they wanted something like $12 for a small part they were shipping through usps..Went to American muscle and got the same part for a similar price but $4 shipping
