That’s part of the fun! Back when my Chevelle had a 509 I dailied it for a while. It had a 248/[email protected] cam with .647/.647 lift. It was fun in traffic with a manual. Damn near get whiplash idling in 1st gear.

Oh yeah, its def a lot of fun. I used to have the TSP 233/239 cam in my ls ws6. It was a lot of fun. That car got more attention from random people at gas stations than any car I've ever owned, even more than my terminator, just because of how it sounded at idle

I’ll own a WS6 one day. Those are by far my favorite F-Body. A friend of mine has a sunset orange 6 speed car. It has a BTR cam, Fikse FM5 wheels and a host of BMR suspension stuff. It’s just plain fun.

Need to get one with the one of those Avid devices, so you can switch tunes quick, go to ghost cam when pulling in the car show and put it back to normal after you leave.

This isn't 2011 anymore. Get a snap crackle pop tune.... But don't forget your battle wing, curb feelers, and fake vents so you can really be the talk of the car show....

The ghost cam tune is just a gimmick. the car will run worse at idle, but chop. No tuner will try to make that better for you as it is what it is. I hope you don't have cats or you won't have them too long...

I plan on getting PCMtec to switch tunes on the fly

People get ghost cams so they can post videos on Instagram with "Cammed blah blah blah" in the caption, even though, everybody and their mother knows it's just a tune.

Ghost cam tune reduced vacuum by 2 lbs at idle due to change in cam timing. Idle sounds good, car does quiver but off idle throttle response is not as smooth. Acts just like a high lift high duration cam which would effect drive ability off idle. Use it for car shows and my performance tune the rest of the time. Performance tune is the way to go for best choice.

When I bought my car, it came with 4 Lund tunes; ghost cam was one and I have used it exactly once, and will never run it again, total waste…

when i was a kid many moons ago guys would pull the choke out mainly when going into drive in movies did same thing

…and flipped the air cleaner lid upside down for that “special” sound

So just today I decided to get a ghost cam tune. Man it sounds loud and rowdy but when driving it ,during stops or idle it gets kind of jumpy. Like the car almost is bouncing lol. What are you guys experiences with a ghost cam tune?

My tuner gave me a ghost tune for my whipple and it was absolutely terrible. Car lurching hard forward when stopped, idle was just to erratic, remove immediately. Now for a centri might be great?

Pft drivability ha-ha ... had a 13:1 Tunnel rammed 440 w/ Mini Express 107 cam.
That would shake the fillings outta your neighbors teeth 2 blocks over.
