Is the EPA going to pull me over and ask to look at my OBDII to see my rear O2's? I don't think so. Even then, I have a tune for both on and off on the rear O2.

The only thing this means is the tunes will come with all emissions sensors working. Just wait till the companies say, "When you get home, click this little check box with the software to keep your check engine light off".
