Stupid question.

What maintenance does the supercharger need. The Eforce is self lubricating. I presume it has enough oil from factory? How often does it need to be changed?

Looking back, I think the DW88 is the best injector choice for the 18+ Edelbrock, it flows damn near the same as the 95's but is OE length so the connector doesn't sit low bc of the injector spacer
I went with the FIC 1000cc. They are a single body and same length as stock. Home Depot has sockets with long ball end allens that made short work of the swap.

every 100k miles, although I'd prob change it at 50k if you race it often, assuming you even have the car that long

Anyone know how to change the oil? Done on the car or must the blower come off?

Lol, I think he means the blower oil. These blowers don't have oil really, I believe they just get grease on the rotor bearings. Atleast that is how older m-series blowers were.

I believe it's sealed, you should send it off to a reputable shop for that. The intervals are 100k

May i have the great fortune to have my car for 100k! I will worry about it then. Of course, by then, we will probably be firmly in a world of electric superchargers and electric turbochargers!

The oil drain/fill plug is here:

I don’t think there’s any way you could do it without removing the blower, but I could be wrong.

Even if you can get it off, with it installed on the car, how can you fill it?

Hey guys...

I am SO CLOSE to being done. Would have been done last weekend, but had to order new injectors... so yesterday I was trial fitting the new injectors (DW95) and realized the bolts I received in the kit are the regular hex head, not Allen head bolts. Grr... so I ordered some online from a local Canadian Tire store for curbside pick up (nothing is open in store). So no luck with my “order” being ready. In the meantime, I’ve completed everything I possibly can except bolting down the rails.

Any tips on filling the coolant and bleeding the system?

Question. Would it be wise to do the initial start up with bumper and under-tray still off or button it all back together before pressing the button?

Any other start up tips? I have a Lund tune currently and will be flashing to my Lund start up tune. Do I need to flash back to my stock tune first prior to loading the new one or can I go from my Lund NA tune to the new one? Will be using my nGauge.

Thanks!

If I were you I’d leave the bumper and tray off to check for leaks.
Easiest way to bleed the system is with two people. One cycles the accessories, the other tries to keep the coolant up to the system. It’ll take a few attempts. Even once it’s “full”, take it for a few drives and check the level again. No matter how well you think I’ve purged it, there will be air.
HINT: do not remove the cap unless the pump is running.
No need to flash back to stock when flashing between tunes with Lund.
Once complete, try and uninstall the grin from your face.

I bet he (or somebody) fudged up the tensioner install. #1 cause of bearing failure in my experience. But then again my opinion means shit, cause he called everybody on M6G retards.
