285/35R19 with 0.5-1" drop really is the bees knees.

I think for stock 275/40R19 is really gonna fill it out better.
yeah, without lowering, 275 square is best. guess that 1/2" of radius is huge to the eye!

that gap is crazy on stock springs
Yeah it is…that’s why I went with Minimum drop…picked up a 1/2 -3/4 inch…perfect IMO …I also did the Steeda Pro-Active shocks /struts.

Cool, I'm not going to lower the Mach so I need to be careful with this wheel gap

Alright it’s official, I’ll go with this setup. Time to look at new rims.

275/40/19 with 19x10 (+35 offset)

Do these make a difference? 275/40ZR19/XL or 275/40ZR19

Also, am I going to need spacers and new studs?
The 'XL' means the tire is designed to handle extra load (weight). Not needed for a Mustang.

No spacers or new studs needed for the wheels you specified. SVE will include new tuner lug nuts, which are required with their wheels, but you won't miss the problematic OEM 2-piece nuts at all.

Just a visual comparison…new 285/35 on left, worn out 275/40on right.

You need to use foam or polystyrene to lift the boot carpet but it's worth it.I 've had to use the spare a couple of times and it saves using the foam, or using a get you home spare governed to 50 mph

I always run square setup. More neutral handling.

Has anyone ever considered going with a 20x10 wheel vs the 19x10 wheels?

For a daily driver what is the benefit from having the option to rotate the wheels? For twck car fine I can see it, save wearing the rears on a track day but a daily driver? Just curious

I mean its just best practice in general for maintaining your car especially for a daily. You don't want uneven wear on tires and rotating tires helps aid in preventing/identifying this issue.

It's a RWD car with 450+ hp, the rear tires wear faster than the fronts. So you can split the wear more evenly.
