Battery Tender Connection Question

I was looking to connect the Battery Tender ring connector leads on my GT350 and wondered what points others have used to connect to?

I dont have a gt350 but I cut the connector part so they were c shaped and slipped em in the bolt area of the battery clamps and re tightened. Havent had any issues. same piece you have pictured.

For the obsessive among us, make sure you find a M6 nut with nylon insert. I spent half an hour at the hardware store looking through the bins for that nut. lol
