  1. Ford Recommended Bolt Install Procedure

Thanks @Farkel, I found that in my search. What I was hoping to find is what type of preparation and lubricant/thread lockers does Ford recommend? I know that Porsche and other manufacturers are very clear on reassembly, but I don't find that anywhere for Ford.
  2. Ford Recommended Bolt Install Procedure

I want to re-torque my front strut to knuckle bolts and I need to back them off to get a correct torque spec reading. What does Ford recommend in terms of preparation and whether or not a lock tightener should be applied? I can't find anything that addresses that part of the R and R procedure.
  3. Heater Temp Contol Issue- hot air blows all of the time

The A/C system is fine, it appears to be fairly correlated to the temp setting, but the fresh air setting pumps in hot air; today the outside ambient was 66 degrees and the dash vent temp air was 80 degrees.
  4. Heater Temp Contol Issue- hot air blows all of the time

Ok, I'll try to explain it in a different way. The heater feels like it is always on- the temp gauge I have installed indicates the air coming out of the center vents is 80 degrees, when the climate control temp is set to low (which is below 60 degrees, the lowest limit of the temp range). If...
  5. Heater Temp Contol Issue- hot air blows all of the time

I noticed recently that my heater seems to be blowing hot air all of the time, once the car is up to temperature. I have installed a temp gauge and it is around 80 degrees when the ambient temp outside is in the low 60's. Just started to notice it; anybody have the same problem and what was the...
  6. Heater Control Issue- warm air always flowing through vents

Not concentrated on one side as far as I can tell, it just seems like it is the same through the d side and middle dash vents. I'll check the pass side to confirm.
  7. Heater Control Issue- warm air always flowing through vents

My 2020 GT350 seems to be discharging warm air through the vents, even when the temp is turned all the way down to low. The A/C side of the system seems to be working correctly, the temp seems to increase/decrease the cool side as you would expect. I know there has been discussions focused on...
  8. Recall: #23C35 BODY CONTROL MODULE BCM CONFIGURATION UPDATE

It seems to me that the BCM should be able to tell you when the brake fluid is low, right??
  9. Ford ESP

How much did you pay for that coverage?
  10. Ford ESP

No, hadn't really thought it all the way through. It was just a place to start to see how the prices compared to other members. You're right, that would be too many miles for me, but in the event of a sale, might be an advantage?
  11. Ford ESP

Well, I called the Ford ESP sales line to ask about an extended warranty in Cali, and they said that you could only get them on the phone from them and that a law had recently changed to eliminate any other type of sales effort. So, I got a quote from them which was for the premium plan 4 year...
  12. I am not going to get the Ford Protect (ESP). Am I crazy?

I'm looking for an ESP for my 2020 GT350, but I'm in Cali and I would like to know if anybody has found a decent price from a dealer out this way?
  13. Ford ESP

    Anybody on a Cali dealer?
  14. Ford ESP

At least from Granger's website, they don't sell ESP in Cali.
  15. Ford ESP

Ok, can't get an out of state service contract in Cali. Who knows of a good dealer in my area?
  16. what's the going rate for an oil change at a dealership?

My experience recently with my local dealer was $40 to do the oil change with my oil and filter.
  17. Mustang Photograph of the Month Contest – June 2023

  18. Who's going to Willow Springs May 13/14th for the Cobra Club Open track weekend ?

Love that track, wish I could make it this weekend.
