Agreed with Dave, that's a huge tire - 28.6 inches in diameter. Inch and a half taller than stock PP1 sizes. Without seeing pics of the tire, I'm not sure I believe 305/40/19 is right. And even then, there's no shot it's lowered.

I can't even find anyone who makes a tire that size.

305/40/19? Are you sure about that size.
That’s what the build post says, but it could be mistyped. Either way im fine with 305/35 or 305/30 but I already have 305/35 on the rear from being staggered which is why I was trying to see if 305/35/20 would fit upfront without rubbing

305/35/20's are 28.2" tall, I feel you should go with 305/30/20.

Thanks for the help, I’ll go with 305/30/20 for the front until my 305/35/20 on the rears are shot, then to 305/30/20 square

Looks great! Question: did you NEED the spacer or just do it to get the wheels flush?

My best guess (and I bet I'm pretty close) is there wasn't a need for the spacers but the camber wasn't adjusted after lowering it enough to bring it back to flush/stock alignment. Since RTR wheels are Mustang-specific fitment, there's usually no need for a spacer.

My 19x10.5+45 rears didn't require a spacer at stock ride height - flush as could be. They aren't nearly as flush now since I'm lowered but I could add some positive camber back in to flush them out.

Ok great, thanks for the advice! I’ve got a set of Velgen 19x10 front and 19x11 rear on the way that is supposedly flush fitment. I saw that post above and started to panic lol!

You'll be golden imo.

Front compared to stock setup with a 25mm spacer (255/40/19 compared to 285/35/19). Was nice and flush.

Rear compared to my current aftermarket setup (305/30/19 for both, unsure what tire you're gonna run).
