@CORNYOTE , one word. BEEFY!

What kind of 60ft with them tires?
1.3 on the track, but I usually drop to a 275 for track stuff so it will fit in a class. The bigger tire will probably only hurt the 60ft on a well prepped track. I run the bigger tires on the street and can usually manage a 1.6/1.7 or so without getting serious about prep

I would like to order some ARP 1/2-20 3” wheel studs for my Forgestar D5 drag wheels, but I have a couple of questions before I do. Thanks.

1. What are the best cone style lug nuts to purchase?
2. Would short open end lug nuts or longer open end lug nuts be best? If longer, what length would I need?

Question for you fellas.

I just purchased some Weld beadlocks (18 inch Laguna). Now I’m in search of some Mickey Thompsons. Which series tire? Car makes decent rwhp. Will be roll racing with the tires.

Any suggestions

Thanks

Wow, I've been looking for a thread like this!!! Would love to see more pics!!

Been debating getting some Forgestar F14s for the rear and running 305/45R17 MT SS however have been a little concerned with rubbing on hard acceleration.

The new 45 sidewalls are only .4 of an inch taller than my existing 305/35R19 however even half an inch can count (that's what he said?).

Incredibly common size for a drag setup.

I’m having issues with rubbing now. The rear spring I have currently are steeda dual rate handling springs. The springs lowered the car a bit too much, plus they’re 1200 inch lbs. I’m switching to their Steeda Mustang Hardcore Rear Adjustable Ride Height System with H&R 900 lbs/inch 2.5" ID 6" Length Coilover Spring. The adjustable will give me the ability to raise the rear when I put the Mickey Thompson on, plus put on a wider tire without rubbing against the springs

I've got the Steeda dual rate springs as well however mine are the mininum drops which in another thread a user said should be no problems with the 17" and MT

Nice look! 10R80 or manual tranny? Either way, please let us know how well it performs once you take it down the strip.

Thank you, my 2 boys picked them out and they did a great job.
I did some datalogs Sunday and it's moving 52.7 lbs across maf. It's stock besides wheels/tires hoping for some low to -da and an 11.

That should be an easily attainable ET for you. Have you ran it prior to the drag pack?
