Just as Mike said, there's not really any difference at idle. Try changing the modes while driving if you can do it safely.

Drive the car. Sitting at idle there isn't much much difference unless you are in a garage.

Thanks you win the help of the day award.i set it to sport exhaust mode, left car mode on normal ,started driving and it works great.the reason I tried in idle mode I had seen a you tube video from the rear of the car,and they were changing exhaust mode without moving.now I figure they must have used line lock,or braking to go thru the gears.thanks again,,problem solved.it even sounds louder than my 14 Shelby.also like the 355 gears,Shelby is 331,which I think Ford did to break the 200mph Mark for a stock car. Again, thanks everyone for your help

I just received my 19 gt premium a10 with magnaride and active exhaust and IMHO the owners manual is not that clear. You would think 400 plus pages could handle almost anything. Being an engineer, i want details. Index also not clear. You just have to keep pushing buttons and see what works and when.

LOL no problem, there are people on this site that can see clearly and can't type. I would suggest you use a tablet or PC to post stuff. I have no issues at all seeing, but using a phone to type anything more than a sentence or two is kinda dumb IMHO. obviously if it is an emergency sure, but to use a forum, not so much.

On mine the exhaust settings can be changed independently of the drive mode through the menus.

Just hit the pony button and change the exhaust setting. You can have whatever combination of drive/exhaust mode you want.

Is the sport and track mode exhaust setting on the adaptive exhaust louder than a non adaptive exhaust? Equal to any aftermarket?
