Found a "used" 15 gt convertable with 700 miles on it. Buyers remorse they said. Sticker was $48800 and they want $399000. Has everything I want but adaptive cc. Can it be added?

It cannot, and if it could the cost of modifying all the pieces involvde would destroy any savings.
