If you have a helper or are really quick you may only lose a quart or two of oil swapping drain plugs. Do the swap when the oil is cold, jack up the rear of the car to help, wear gloves, and expect to get oil on you even at best case.
One catch about using a meter to check for power is the typical 10 Mohm impedance can show "phantom" voltage. For a simple voltage check I place a 1K or 100 ohm resistor across the meter leads. Another low-tech option is a LED or even an old-school test lamp.
It may be another program running that disconnects things.. I have had trouble with some programs, recently Samsung Magician (works with their SSDs) that does just what you described. Look in your Task Manager (ctrl-alt-del but just once) to see what is running.
Looking at Car and Driver's Lightning Laps it appears that the Mustangs they test have *lots* of negative camber up front and generate some really high G numbers with the Cup 2 R tires.
This may not be something we want for a daily driver but for the track it sure works.
I do my own alignment, with string or laser and a level. I had it checked once at a shop and was satisfied that my results were as good as theirs. Mine takes *a lot* longer and usually takes two rounds to get the steering wheel perfectly straight.
I have not bought a kit, mine is all DIY but...
When stopped and shifting from neutral into 1st I always shift into 2nd and then to 1st. Occasionally the gears (ok, actually the synchros) do not line up and the transmission is still in neutral. Shifting into 2nd seems to help line up the synchros.
Stabilization did not like the banking at Daytona, it tried to keep the horizon level and kept hunting through the bus stop and then back onto the banking. ;)
Looking at the Ford Performance hp/tq grqphs it appears the gen 2 and gen 3 are about equal at low rpm. Gen 2 thick dotted green line, gen 3 thin red line, scaled to (sort of) fit the torque lines but not the hp lines.
Your front camber values look good on paper but the photos show a different story. The next problem is that front camber is not meant to be adjustable. Adjustment requires special bolts (worst choice), grinding the strut (service manual choice), or camber plates ($$).
Next, the front toe...

There was no mention of any squishiness from the rear.
As for the original thread, Loctite purple (222MS) is mainly for smaller screws or ones that require occasional adjustment. The pink...
According to the 2019 service manual all we need is the fuel adapter and a semi-rigid 6' piece of 5/8" tubing to get into the fuel tank. I tried 1/4" and it did not work.
It looks like this:
