Yup. It's like Apple launching innovative features that Android had six years ago. 😁
Isn't that kind of like when Android phones didn't exist before Apple released the first iPhone? 🤣 😂 Zinger....

Not quite. Lamborghinis didn't exist before Henry Ford launched his Model T, either. And yet I wouldn't mind having one today. 😁

Based on this from the announcement it’s on all Coyotes.

It starts with Mustang GT, now powered by an advanced, 5.0-liter Coyote V8 engine. The fourth-generation 5.0-liter is set to deliver the most naturally aspirated horsepower of any Mustang GT thanks to an innovative dual air intake box and dual-throttle body design, that helps minimize induction loss by enabling higher air flow rates.
I hate this marketing speak. It's the same engine with some minor adjustments lol

Your right. I’d love to have a Model “T”. :giggle: :like:

Come on Ryan, it’s a Coyote with more power. This has to be enough. We were never going to get anything else.

I prefer the Mach 1 engine cover.

I remain constantly amazed that nobody offers an aftermarket updated engine cover/dress up kit for the S550. Extra credit if it’s offered in several popular body-match colors. I would think this would be huge seller.

For whatever reason no one wanted to do a cover for the 18+. Probably because they couldn't make it look any better.

I got a glimpse of the 2024 engine cover and I think it looks great. I wonder if it will fit my 2019
I am thinking that even if it isn't a direct fit, it could maybe be modified to fit. Just like the 15-17 cover can be modified to fit the 18+ intake manifold.

Im no designer but it looks like maybe they could cut the size down some and splash on a dab or 2 of paint. I know a lot of guys have DIYd it but not everyone is handy like that.

I'll give them that there are benefits to a dual air box and throttle design, but innovative? Come on... BMW has been using dual intakes and throttles in its M-series V engines for many years. It's nothing new.

Nissan has been doing it for decades too.

Kind of like the “new” flat bottom steering wheel that Camaro has had for how many years?
