Said goodbye to a local car friend with a moment of noise at his celebration of life. Our hearts go out to his young family. Race in Peace.

That's a decent color matching blues for being from 2 different brands. Thought it was an F150 at first

I'll get pictures later once I get all the bolts torqued down, but today I "finished" up the install of the BMR Street K-Member. Holy shit is it an improvement space-wise over the stock one. Definitely lighter as well. Looking forward to an alignment later this week or next 🤙

So much room for activities!

Do you have Long Tube headers? My Passenger side header is hitting the frame since the BMR K-Member install.

I talked to Glenn @ BMR and he sent me red urethane bushings and 1/4" aluminum bushings. Should have them tomorrow.

The BMR K-Member lowers the motor a 1/2" which was just enough to lose the clearance from the headers. He sent me a diagram on how to stack the spacers so it moves the engine back up in the stock location.

Well so much for that! I’ll look and see if somebody else has them. But I definitely want the Ford part.

Reach out to Levittown, either on the forums or via email. They will give you a solid ETA.

Celebrated with matching beer :rockon::beer:

I do. I didn't have a problem with my headers hitting the frame. The only immediate issue I saw was the drivers side header potentially contacting my steering shaft. I had some extra spacers prepped if that was the case. I have the BMR motor mounts and motors brackets as well (the mods snowballed real quick and ended with the K-member...). The BMR brackets also lower the engine a bit, so combined with the K-member, the extra spacers helped clear everything 🤙

Well that is great news. I got more work ahead of me, the vibration is awful. I'll check header bolts and other exhaust stuff while I"m under there.
