I had this today. Haha. My 305 rears arrived but the 265s for the front are tomorrow. I thought they were today also. I was stuck looking out the window for the van arriving. 😂

Obligatory tyre pic. Banana added for girth comparisons. 😜

Why the banana and not a peach or melons?

As much as I do love melons... 🙃 This was the first fruit based article I had to hand. It was either that, or a clementine. Which sadly didn't seem to have the same impact. 😝

Still digging her out...

Crazy snow storm, went from dud to stud at daybreak yesterday. You know it's real when Jim Cantore shows up and he was not disappointed. Woke up at 4 AM to pee and looked outside, couple inches of snow and not much different than when I went to bed. 2 hours later we wake to lightning and thunder, snowing like crazy! 24 hours later had almost 24" on the ground!

It's pretty crazy how widespread this snow fall was and wasn't.
I'm in the south eastern part of the state and we got maybe 2 inches. People that I work with from Rhode Island said they had only rain.

We dodged a bullet here on the North Shore....nothing but a lot a rain and bare pavement.

I would rather deal with it now in middle of March vs middle of December :D
Finished digging her out when I got home from work tonight.... Almost 50* and bright sun. Snow was heavy as all hell...

Even here it depended on location and mostly elevation. 8" in town at 650' vs 24" home at 900' and 36" at 2000' where a coworker lives, 15 miles apart going from west to east.

Glad I never installed these camber plates on my air struts. I’m at 1 of 2 thus far. Lil sketchy for someone who doesn’t consider himself to have a ton of mechanical ability but relatively straightforward nonetheless.
Maximum motorsports caster/camber plates
Bilstein B6 struts
Steeda Ultralite springs

Not torqued down yet, planning on doing that after they’re on the car with the weight compressing the spring further. That’s how the guy who did my air install tightened em 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hoping next weekend will be install time, just gotta get my mechanic friend lined out. Other goodies to install include:
  • Steeda lateral links & roll center correction kit
  • BMR front sway bar
  • APR +1” front studs & slip-on spacers
  • Summer wheels(?)
