Last email I got was Saturday 3/19 saying a delay in my order and then I saw an article saying all Mustang production was halted

I believe I saw Ford will be scheduling orders this week for the Flat Rock plant. Would it be realistic to think I should get a build date for my order placed two weeks ago this week? Would it be on a Thursday/Friday?

It doesn't seem there is any real rhyme or reason to the way Ford has been scheduling Mach 1 builds, at this point you probably have just as good a chance as any. I ordered my car in January and got a build date before some of the guys waiting since last year (for a 2021), which is absolutely insane and personally I think Ford owes them something for their loyalty.

I was told week of 5/2 in an email from Ford, never received an email pushing back the date. Then again, I was also told 4/5 when I contacted Ford Performance, which was clearly inaccurate. I'm hopeful it will be built the week of 5/2. Honestly, July 4th is kind of my cutoff. If I don't have it in my garage by then, I will be going used C7 Grand Sport.

Have you read any pages prior to your post? Sooooooo many people have orders in waaaaaaayyyy before you and are still waiting for theirs. Now there may be a chance, but you may have more success in being hit by lightning then you getting a build date this week. If you get a build date, go play the lottery too
