Not saying that at all, Just responding to a couple of post where saying sticks trap less (20mph) or so....so you saying he’s got no immediate shot at running mid 9s…?
i agree, can’t throw a vague statement like that out there. Cars with different setups, gearing, weather, driver experience, can’t just say manuals trap 20mph lower. But they do typically seem to lack a little behind. Not saying that at all, Just responding to a couple of post where saying sticks trap less (20mph) or so....
Just out of curiosity, are you running a crank support on your set up? Im debating on getting one.i agree, can’t throw a vague statement like that out there. yes I installed one a couple months agoJust out of curiosity, are you running a crank support on your set up? Im debating on getting one.
Ati damper or innovators west? I've been reading as I'm sure you have as well about the ati failures. Most likely not properly installed. Also do you have opgs? Sorry for the questions, just trying to see what's working bestyes I installed one a couple months ago
Innovators West. Not really optional for me as it was a used crank support and it came with it. Yes I have boundary OPGs.Ati damper or innovators west? Thanks for all the great info. Much appreciated!Innovators West. Not really optional for me as it was a used crank support and it came with it. Yes I have boundary OPGs.
Debating right now. I think aluminum 3.55 would work better than swapping my spare iron with 3.31s. With that said I’m basically winding it out in 4th as is. If I stay 3.55 and pulley down and it traps higher than it means I’m further up in the RPM. If I drop to 3.31s and pulley down I gain RPM and power overall. OR I can try to focus on getting the 60ft down to 1.35, raise the tire pressure a bit to reduce rolling resistance and use some ethanol one R.@SolarFlare any other upgrades on the horizon?
I say keep the 355 and bring the engine rpm up.Debating right now. I think aluminum 3.55 would work better than swapping my spare iron with 3.31s. engine RPM as in launch or back halfI say keep the 355 and bring the engine rpm up.
Back half. Let it eat a little more.engine RPM as in launch or back half
Based on calculator it’s crossing in the neighborhood of 7900rpm. LolBack half. Let it eat a little more.
If you said 8900, I’d be concernedBased on calculator it’s crossing in the neighborhood of 7900rpm. Lol
