I was and pulled the trigger. 2019 Charger Hellcat for $11k off a $74K sticker.

Hello 707 hp.

Good enough of a deal that I can drive it for 2 years then trade it in on a 2022 GT500. I am a Ford man at heart but could not wait for the ADMs to die down and have no fast car to drive. LOL.

nice!! that's pretty much what i did with the ZLE, couldn't wait for the 500 and couldn't wait to be out of the 350...now it'll just be a decision on if the DCT can keep me interested.

and i'm gonna need some CFTP folks to order the car without stripes...a guy can dream right??

only hold up is i really like the camaro more than i thought i would.

Same spec I wanted. Minimal mods get you in the 900s. Fantastic choice.

Hey Marine, we have the same Rubbermaid garage cabinet! <chuckling> Mine's about ready to burst it has so much stuff in it.

But what is in all those five-gallon containers and is that a rolling car wash wagon? :-)

VERY nice-looking vehicle and I've always liked MOPAR products and that emblem is perfect.

Congrats on the "wait killer." :-)

I was planning on getting a local dealers first....until they dropped the adm bomb on me. I got 10k off a ZR1 in June and couldn’t be happier. The 500 will cool off eventually and I am hoping the ZR1 value holds strong. I have had 5 cobras over the years so I am a mustang guy at heart. I am confident the 500 will be very close to the ZR1 in performance while being quite a bit cheaper. Time will tell on when I will switch...I get blown away every time I drive the ZR1...my gut tells me by the time the 500 cools off, the new C8Z will be on the horizon...first world problems lol.

Thanks everyone.

I did lol at the post “thought you said fast.”
That’s not my garage. It came off the truck yesterday and was sitting in new vehicle prep when I happened upon her today.

So the pic was taken at the dealership.

Yes, the banana peals are coming off.

Lol

Didn't even realize that was a ZR1 when I saw the photo, it looks so much better in black, there's way too many vents, ducts, intakes and whatnot, the black blends them nicely, looks so much more integrated.

Niced score.

Hahaha, that's a great term - yeah, I was only semi-recently made aware of what the hell they were, I was also kind of cross shopping the idea of a Charger HC, and I kept seeing them on cars, then noticed them on the street, finally did some research. Hell, one of the major auto blogs actually did an article about them, how they're actually being sold (and not cheap) on Ebay!

It's f***ing packing material people! It's like setting up a new set of speakers and keeping them in their bubble wrap. :D

(I do get that it might be helpful to avoid some scrapes ...)
