I would be interested in hearing from former 350 owners that either went to/or added a 500.
Tom hit most of the high points.
I have both and agree they are different cars. The GT350 is a blast to drive and the GT500 is a monster.
Unlike Tom, I have an earlier production 2020 and have had zero issues to date. My GT350 has also been bullet proof. I track both and they are just fun in their own way.
But I must say, that DCT is flawless. I have yet to touch the paddles on track. I wish the GT350 had one too to hear that Voodoo scream.

I wish I could keep both, but my condo only has one parking space. I am no hurry, so I will wait for the right deal.

Same dilemma here with my 18... I love the 350, but there is something about the 500! I pulled the trigger Friday and ordered a 21’ 500 base model with no ADM! Not supposed to be delivered until Fall maybe

Most large metro areas have car storage. Is that a possibility?

I had a 2017 track pack GT350, bought new and since sold. Loved the car. Now I have a 2020 GT500 base car, bought new. The only 2 things I miss about the 350 is rowing the gears and the sound of the Voodoo. For me, in every other aspect, the 500 is a better car for me. I go to the dragstrip and the 500 is far superior there. I have also tracked the 500 two times now and going again in April. I never tracked the 350, but the 500 is an absolute beast on the road course. From a roll at 60, not much is going to get away from the 500. In the end, I wanted the faster car. The 500 is the faster car and I do not miss or regret not having a 350.

For what it's worth, I paid MSRP for both in Texas.

I have never owned a GT350, but when I recover financially from my midlife crisis, I will buy a GT350R to join my stable.

If you can have both, that's obviously the best option. I know I have not owned GT350, but I have owned two 800 rwhp mustangs, and I would never go back after having experienced the GT500.

I guess what I am trying to say is that if you can only have one car, I would have a GT500.

That’s what I’ve been thinking for a long time also, 350R with a DCT would be mental.

I will say if in 2 years I find the right deal on a used GT350 HPE, I would love to have that one to go with my GT500.

I know what it is..... I was just wondering why.
I am a fan of the classic look. Wimbledon White with Guardsman Blue.
These are as close as I could get to the original colors until the HPE.

Gotcha. I see that now. I too like the classic look. My base R shares the same color as your 500. Performance wise, all the 20s are the same. The HEP could cost you a bit more, thats why I asked.
