If you are wanting something very quiet why are you getting a catback? There are no performance gains with a catback so if not for the sound why spend the money? If you want something quiet an axle back would be better for you.

Just do a resonator delete. Plain and simple. Sounds exactly like stock but just...amplified a bit. Basically how it should've sounded to begin with. If anything it's at least a good starting point.

I've been running my Lethal H-pipe resonator delete for probably about a year now. I love it and it sounds great. I'm tempted to go a bit louder bit haven't yet.

This is a great way to go.

The only plus I can see to replacing everything yet having the desire to be quiet is if you cut weight, increased quality, and the cost was worth it to you.

Quietest catback is the Borla Touring.

A resonator delete is a nice uptick in volume, probably 20-30% when you are on the throttle. I didn't like how tinny the stock mufflers sounded with that, though. They're raspy and tinny sounding at higher RPM, not very nice.

Corsa Touring axleback is quite mild but gives you great tone. It'd only be just a little louder than a resonator delete.

Is Borla Touring louder or quieter than stock + x-pipe resonator delete ?

Quieter;) Don't accidentally get the frpp version though!
Because ? What's wrong with FPRP version ?

Only thing I'm after is the weight, didn't really care about the sounds too much and really did not wanted anything obnoxiously loud, but when I installed x-pipe, it kind of sounds nice ;-)

I REALLY like my Pypes Touring with black tips.

Perfect for what I wanted, and saved 19lbs!

The frpp version has an x pipe without the resonator. The Borla version has an x pipe with covered resonator making it quieter. Its simply a suitcase design with an internal x pipe. Borla claims 30 lbs difference with the entire setup as well.
