Agreed. And that's mostly my plan. I'm building the motor now to handle the power, so while its all apart thinking of switching my blower to what will handle the power. That way I can step up the power as I perfect the launch at the different stages.
If you go the turbo route, I would choose ^ this over Hellion. I did. The quality of the kit, the manifolds, and the thought that went into everything is second to none on the turbo scene IMO.There are a few good options for boost. Serious power goals call for the correct hardware.

Isn't that kit more than $2k than what the Hellion kit is? Plus, Hellion has already proved multiple times that it can put mustangs in the 8s.
It does cost more than the Hellion base kit, but then again the base Blackbird kit is ball bearing turbos while the Hellion kit is journal bearings. Hellion has proved they can go fast, doesn't mean their kit is the best just because they have been on the market all this time. I'd encourage you to check out the Blackbird thread, look at the pictures, and talk to Noah.
