Bingo,Stangmode spent $25,000.00 in parts plus labor to reach those goals.Who said that was a thing?
You can’t buy any power adder and expect it to run 9.50s without supporting mods. ANY

That's pretty damn solid.
This comes pretty close. For the price of this car and what it runs, it's almost impossible to beat.
They're based in FL. No emissions testing. No vehicle inspections. All they need to do is label the part as "off-road use only" for blanket liability protection.I'm pretty sure VMP will not do catless headers or anything that goes against proper emissions. SO it would only have to be catted headers.
First of all, stangmode doesn’t really speak or represent the mustang community. What he does or how, it’s irrelevant to the rest of us. 25k is a hell of a lot of money.Bingo,Stangmode spent $25,000.00 in parts plus labor to reach those goals.
Exactly! He spent $13k more than is necessary.
I have 5800 into blower setup snd fuel,, 600 for manifold, 8xx for longtubes, 700 in tuning, 5xx in suspension, 1200 for converter, 600 Driveshaft and about 2000 for drag pack. Could’ve gone cheap with drag pack but I liked the F14, 1100 for brakes (not really needed), 900 kmember(not really Needed). Some is not really needed but I wanted to keep power low. That resulted in 9.65 at 145 at around 750hp SAE. In Florida weather, full interior premium car.And what would that be,I do know that every 100 pounds removed in weight is worth about 0ne tenth

The support is the issue with most aftermarket companies. I think once you start with major performance upgrades some sacrifices are expected but if the company stands behind their product and is attentive to resolving issues long after the sale that speaks volumes. Thanks for the input.I can’t speak about the Odin kit but I can say VMP service is great. They respond fast when you need tune revisions etc.
I have the VMP GEN2R Kit on my 17 GT.
Car makes good power and pulls like It should. Sometimes it has some weird startup issues. Always starts right up but has some weird idle instability at times. After towing my car 500 miles for them to dyno tune it’s still not 100% but I’m not blaming them for that. I still recommend them.
First comment was much more friendly. Why the more “hostile” edit? But thank you. I’d like to think the setup is easily repeatable especially in a colder climate.Congrats and good for you.
