I can feel your frustration. Get one of the Ford Reps here on the site to escalate your problem for you. I would try to find a different dealership too. This is a pretty common issue from what I've read, so Ford should know what the cause and fix should be for everyone I would hope.I have a 2015 GT with PP. I bought the car because I know cars. I've raced cats and built cars. I know when something's wrong with my car. Also, I apologize for my cursing but I am at wits end with the disrespect from these 'representatives'.
Something has to be done. I'm going to post this across all facets of social media till I get attention.
