  1. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

Contact the Better Business Auto Line. I had this on my 2015. After being out of service for weeks, I contacted them. Ford corporate called and asked what I wanted to do. In the end, they replaced the entire rear and it went away. This, was the only way to get Ford to wake up.
  2. Anyone elses car a dent and scratch magnet?

I don't know what it is with the car, but mine is back in the body shop for the second time. First, a shopper at Home Depot lost control of her shopping cart and hit the side of the car....first dent (she paid for it to be fixed). Second was last weekend and it was a hit and run in a parking...
  3. .

I have the same problem. I took it to the dealer and not only did the other Mustangs on the lot do it, but the Focus I was driving as a loaner. It seems to be a common problem with Fords. It is not dangerous and just more of an annoyance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

In my instance, after I complained to Ford, the BBB and escalated the issue past the CSM, they shipped out a new differential from the assembly line. You just have to keep complaining. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Removing Dealership Decal

I would go with goo gone. Great stuff. Alcohol shouldn't damage it, but I would still use Goo Gone. A bit easier on the paint. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. 5.0 Exhaust Rattle

I had the same issue. Initially they thought it was the resonator, but ultimately the cat failed and cause the rattle. They replaced the cat last week and all is quiet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Cooled seats not cooling

My dealer and I had the same conversation. He advised not to have the tsb done until Ford has a better fix. I agreed with him. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Cooled seats not cooling

I even showed my dealer the tsb.... he said that seat back cooling is not an option on my car, only the seats. I just gave up on battling it with the dealer. More incompetence by Ford. **Update** - Went in and we both looked at the TSB and they acknowledge the issue. At least they listened and...
  9. Cooled seats not cooling

So I bring the car to the dealer today and he looks at the car and calls me back to say that Mustangs don't have cooled back seats. Not an option... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

Been there. Between the BBB autoline, my complaints to Ford, the fact I was at 24 days (6 days before New York's Lemon Law kicked in) out of service, and a call from Ford corporate, the differential was replaced. Keep calling Ford and seriously look into the BBB autoline. In the end, my dealer...
  11. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

I would file a BBB autoline complaint. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

They replaced my drive shaft twice and the half shafts, then the differential assembly. Nothing happened after the drive shaft replacement, but only when the differential assembly the replaced did the vibration stop. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

Have they replaced the half shafts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Reputable dealers Long Island - Nassau County

I bought my 2015 from Sayville. Good experience and Hasset performs my service calls (another good dealer). At Sayville, ask for John "Jack" Frost. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

Correct. Complete swap. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

This model, which is employed by every car maker, when presented with the same problem in a percentage of vehicles, is faulty. Once Ford has identified this issue, which I fully believe they have, the fix should be uniform. Ford is going to spend more money throwing parts in the hope of a quick...
  17. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

This should be the fix to begin with. Again, why can't Ford just admit that it was a differential problem in the first place, and fix these cars? Just insane. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Cooled seats not cooling

What you need to do is contact Ford customer support. Explain the problem with the CSM and then ask to speak to someone higher up. Then file a BBB autoline complaint. I had the same issue. I filed a BBB complaint, my CSM went AWOL and I spoke to customer service and demanded to speak to a...
  19. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

Make sure you have a complete log of every visit, communication and attempted fix. Copies of each repair order, and "invoice" statement. The more information, the better. You will also need your bill of sale, and invoices for any costs you have incurred as a consequence of your car being out of...
  20. Vibration between 50 & 70 mph

This is the problem. No consistent fix, nor problem identification. The problem is in the differential. It is just beyond words that they are unable to remedy this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
